Worst damn service ever! Do not shop here! Terrible customer service! One woman at the window didn’t even say hello, repeat back the order, ask if we needed any ketchup!!! These people hate their jobs and you can tell! We will not be returning and we will tell everyone we know not to come here either! I’m sure the people working here would appreciate that since they can’t seem to handle the business they are getting while at the same time having a genuinely good attitude.

Slowest damn serviced McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Drive through service is even worse. 15 dollars an hour for this… right…

This review is for drive-thru service only around 11:30AM on a weekday. I do not frequent McDonalds, but what kid does not love seeing the Golden Arches. I have not been to this Town Center location in a really long time, but in the past it has been above average. The store was ground up rebuild around 5 years ago. Efficient ordering the food. Efficient at the window with purchase and quick delivery of the kids chicken nugget meal with fries were hot. A bonus if you ask for a water it comes with a 8 oz bottle water. Without dining in an A-OK seems fair since I have not been to this location in years. Based on this good experience I will make a point to check them out again soon.

The service was so bad I could not even finish my order. On the menu, no where does it say the word ‘French.’ So when I order small fries, it takes her about 30 seconds to realize what I was ordering. I then ordered a McDouble and a blueberry pomegranate smoothie and large fries. She then proceeded to argue with me about ordering what they don’t even call French fries. In my opinion, she should be fired.

i feel like it is a 1.5 so i decided to round up to 2 stars. We came here Sunday at around 12:30 pm before we headed down to the oceanfront for Fall Fest, because we had a long day of drinking ahead and decided it would be a smart move to get something in our bellies. It was packed! the drive thru was too insane so we opted to head inside. We walked up to the employee that was in charge of taking orders. We tried ordering a breakfast bagel seeing how they advertise All Day Breakfast, however it isn’t their full breakfast menu. Soooo sad. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and when the order taker asked for a name for the order my boyfriend said Brett. And she couldn’t understand him and kept interrupting him trying to say it again by saying Bryan, or Burt or whatever. He stopped trying to talk and she eventually let him speak and he again said BRETT. her response: I cant spell that. Seriously?! Sound it out. So i told her Jackie for my name. I cannot believe this exchange. I didn’t know Brett was hard to spell and i cannot believe that management would choose to have her working the register. Thank goodness we paid with a card and didn’t have to get change back for cash. 1.5 stars for the yummy sandwich but we will not back.

I visited this mcdonalds in the afternoon. I found it to be very clean and the staff friendly. I was really surprised at the music. They were playing big band like Sinatra and Tony Bennett etc. very refreshing.

Good McDonald’s in a high-traffic area. You’ll want to drive past Bonney Road and enter, rather than try to get in from the Bonney Road side as you have to make an illegal u-turn. Inside, nicely updated and clean with many seating areas and power outlets for the wifi’ers. My number three(Egg White Delight) with large coffee(jeez, hot!) was as ordered. Though the service was a bit slow. Still, faster than the double-drive through that looked pretty backed up.

Fast service and very polite. BUT the people that visit this establishment are rude. I am on crutches carrying a drink and NOTONE person offered to open a door. Instead they LITERALLY just watched me struggle. If Virginia was the south, they sure do not have ant hospitality! !! Reaffirms the thought that people here are rude and selfish. Not everyone, but the 10 to 15 people in there didn’t help the stereotype! ! Just my thought. Great place if you aren’t injured to eat at.

Great team that works hard to provide quality food for customers. They get to know you and know your order which is pretty awesome. The food is always accurate, fresh, hot, and prompt. Love the remodel and how they take time to decorate the interior for the holidays. Great fast food experience.

This McDonald’s is ridiculous– nicest one I’ve been to by far. Here’s why: 1. Tricked out for Easter: little eggs taped to the wall, balloons, blow up bunnies, pastel ribbons, giant eggs with the cashier’s name on it when you order your food… it was nuts! 2. TVs to watch and TVs to play checkers on in your booth. 3. Free wifi– people were actually using it! 4. Super clean. 5. Super nice workers. They even had a gigantic group picture of all the workers smiling and looking like a family. My cashier and the guy who handed me my bag of food were both very pleasant. Overall, very nice ambiance for a fast food joint. Yay for non-ghetto McDonald’s!

We stopped into this McDonald’s recently for a quick bite and what a pleasant experience. Given my recent experiences at the one on Lynnhaven and Princess Anne, my expectations at McDonald’s are usually quite low. This one, however, was clean and updated. A couple of the booths had a gaming system of some sort. It was nice. The service was good too. I messed up our order and when I told them I needed nuggets instead of a burger for my son, they promptly gave me the nuggets without any hassle, and with a smile to boot. What a surprise. To use a Star Wars analogy, if the McDonald’s in Salem Crossing is Jar Jar Binks, this one is Han Solo. Check it out.
