I’m torn right now… this was my 1^st experience there. I needed a gel fill-​in & based on the reviews I read, I thought I’d give it a try. So the girl that started on my nails became immediately rude/​snippy with-​in the 1^st minute of my mani because I asked a simple question. «What is the difference between Solar Powder & SNS treatment?» Her answer was very nasty & snippy and I’m not sure why? Perhaps she was having a bad day or she was annoyed I asked a question because I’m not a robot who just kept quiet??? I asked a question because I was curious about their other services and since that is a company that provides select services wouldn’t they want to inform & up-​sell?!
Needless to say it took a lot for me to not tell her off & walk out! But I stuck around to see how things would progress. Things kept getting worse as far as the look of my nails were concerned and just as I was about to put a stop to the mess & ask for another nail tech, another girl came over & sat down! Thank goodness!!! She was wonderful! She saw the in-​progress disaster the other girl created & not only fixed it but actually answered my questions, was kind and even threw in a joke. I felt much better.
If you decide to try this place out be sure to make an appt. with Carol! I don’t know the name of the other girl but she has long hair & is very unpleasant. (Carol has short hair, bob style). Otherwise the salon is inviting & clean.
I plan to give this place another chance but only by appointment with Carol!

Love this place added 3 pictures of the amazing work they do! I always lol forward to my visit to Envy!!! They treat my little one really sweet to so I never worry about her when she gets her nails painted they always get creative with pretty designs!

My normal salon is on the other side of town, so I decided to try this place. They aren’t the best, but they aren’t terrible. They are just mediocre.

Just moved here and found this place. Love coming here in the morning, bc i think they’re not as busy as the evening. I always get the Best pedicure and gel manicure! Lots of polishes to choose from. Matching colors for toes (reg. polish) and fingers (gel polish). Love it!

Best nail salon in Hiltop area! I’ve tried others salons in the area, this’s my favorite, i’m not going anywhere else!
They have so many colors for shellac, and they lasted 2 – 3 weeks for me.
The salon is so clean and don’t smell like nail chemical.
Highly recommended!!!

I got a nail repaired here today and the whole ordeal was terrible. The second I came in I was told that there would be a 30 – 45 minute wait (Fair enough) and was then advised to go «Run errands» as if she was sending me off. I replied that the wait was fine and sat down. 40 mins later, I’m sat at a station where a seemingly teenaged girl sanded my nail polish off. She walks away and I wait another 10 minutes. Finally another tech comes and repairs my broken nail. Before doing the final drill and paint I’m left again for another 5 minutes. Mind you, there were 3 women ahead of me and there were no gaps in their services. The repaired nail ended being WAY thicker than the rest of my nails. Never again…

So I decided to give this place another try bc even the last experience wasn’t the worst. Thought I just caught her on a bad day. I got a wax, full set, and pedicure. I was satisfied with the full set. The wax was the same lazy wax from last time. I hate when I have to go behind someone that wax my eyebrows bc they don’t look neat. The pedicure… the worse I have had in awhile. I should have just been charged for a polish change bc that’s basically all she did. I think her a was Haley… she was sloppy and didn’t take her time. I was the first person in the shop. No reason to rush me. Also they open at ten but only one employee Cara was actually there. She was calling for help. Other employees started coming in my 1015 but by this time a few other people were waiting. I tired to give them another chance lol… still disappointed sorry.

You get what you pay
For. $ 20 for a gel manicure that chipped after four days. Don’t waste your money.

Thanks fellow Unilocalers, you helped me out! I desperately needed a pedicure and found this place based on Unilocal reviews. Halie was hands-​down the best foot massage I have ever had! And an added bonus, the place smells nice (Not super chemically). I will be back!

I was on a quest for a nail place that I could walk to while my fiancé was at work, this place was perfect! Although there was a bit of a wait in the early afternoon during the week they promptly got my water going and my feet soaking. The standard pedicure with no extras is a average $ 23 but they also offer two specialty pedicures (lavender and orange) for $ 32 and a full spa pedicure for $ 45. My first visit alone I got the average pedicure and added nail art for $ 5. My most recent visit with my fiancé we both got the $ 32 pedicures, myself the orange and him the other. They were for sure worth the extra $$ when compared to my original pedicure. The extra massage, hot towels and scrubs made a world of difference! Elaine and the young gentleman both do a great job! My fiancé and I both liked that they pay attention to get out the possible ingrown areas of your toes and really clip the cuticles!
Both my fiancé and I were offered wine, juice, water or soda! This place has comfortable massaging chairs and an array of colors and nail art options.
If you live or travel to the Hilltop area, this is the nail place to go to!

I moved here in dec ’13 and it took me forever to finally find a nail place that actually knew what they were doing! I loooooovvvvveeeee this place!!!

They are under new management and are awesome !!! Diamond is the best for pedicures, shellac and eye brows ! Matt is awesome at acrylic! Everyone there is friendly and fun ! They serve u drinks ! Its decorated beautifully ! I love this place, i will not go anywhere else !

Horrible. After being led into a dirty room with a questionable sheet on the small waxing table, I had no place to put my stuff, so it went on the ground. While looking up at a dusty hole in the ceiling where the tile had broken, my waxer proceeded to give me a brazilian on one half, and a bikini on the other, in spite of my requests to keep it a simple bikini, and eventually I had to ask her to just please stop. Meanwhile, since she had no table to work with, she just placed the sticky wax applicator on my leg, or belly, while she worked. Since that left a residue, she gave me a bruise on my leg trying to get the stickiness off when it was over. Also, she placed all of the used strips on my leg as she worked, and re-​used them too much. When I got home, I got to see the horrible, mismatched job she did, and a nice raspberry on my private area where she had practically pulled the skin off. I hope I don’t have hepatitis now.
