I love this place-​family owned and the people there always seem genuinely happy to help you. Flavor a are delicious and there are soooooo many topping to goose from. I highly recommend this place.

Love this place. I’ve been coming here for two years and the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. Lots of froyo flavor and topping options and you can even get your dog a «doggy dip» for $ 1 — my bully loves it.

The owners & staff her are so very nice. They always make us feel welcome, and we can always count on quality froyo and toppings.

This place used to always be packed, but these days it is often pretty empty and it’s summertime. I’m pretty sure there is a new owner, as he follows us around every time we go in. It makes me very uncomfortable to have an owner following me to the yogurt, watching me make my bowl and add toppings, and then following me out the door. He literally said thank you and have a good night four times to us. I know he is just trying to be nice, but it makes me uncomfortable and it comes off as very annoying. This has happened three times in a row, so I ended up going to Sweet Frog yesterday just to avoid the awkward situation. It is too bad, because this skinny dip has better yogurt than the sweet frog at great neck. The skinny dip in Ghent has the best yogurt though. I don’t know if the changes are a result of the new owner, but there used to be lots of kids working in here and there was a pleasant environment. It’s definitely not like that anymore.

Not as good as the Ghent location, but still does the trick. A bit smaller and also less variety in fro-​yo flavors and just about the same topping selections.
At the end of the day, it’s Skinny Dip and I’ll be sure to go back plenty, especially in the summer months!

My husband and I decided to stop and pick up some frozen yogurt along with our newborn son. We were shocked to see the owner come and hold the door open for us to get the stroller through. I have never experienced such great customer service. He greeted us, weighed my yogurt while I waited for my husband so I could dig in, and offered me a table to sit at. If that wasn’t enough he also rushed over to open the door for us as we left and thanked us for dipping with them. Besides the AMAZING customer service, the yogurt is delicious! We are definitely going back. Btw, they give military discount.

Love this place. The strawberry yogurt is out of this world good! The staff is always so nice and the place is always clean. I’m a pretty picky yogurt eater and this place passes the test with flying colors. Keep up the great work Skinny Dip!

New owner! 15% off ice cream. The owner seems nice. No games or place for kids to play and some of the toppings were out or low. It wasn’t crowded. I came with 2 kids that enjoyed it.

I’m liking more and more the type of toppings dispensers like they have here at Skinny Dip. Sure, there’s a wet toppings bar where it’s exposed to the crumb-​crunchers sticking their fingers in it. But there is also a series of dry toppings in crank dispensers that don’t get covered in sneezy cooties. Much better.

I love Skinny Dip! It’s my favorite yogurt place, but this Skinny Dip has great yogurt and fabulously friendly staff. Check them out mid-​shopping trip for a sweet cool treat.

Decent yogurt, decent toppings. That’s about all I can say about this place other than that the staff was very friendly.

There are so many yogurt places all over Virginia Beach but Skinny Dip is the best chain!
They have the most unique flavors, that rotate daily & the toppings are the BEST! homemade whip cream is a nice touch.
best flavors of yogurt that I’ve tasted: nutella, capn crunch, mint cookie, pumpkin, and red velvet cake.
And you can validate going here for dessert because its a healthier option or whatever you want to say to convince yourself :)

They always post their flavors on Facebook so we can scout out where we’d like to go. The array of toppings always includes fresh fruit. Not only do they have a fridge tray of fruits, cookie dough’s and cheesecake bites but there’s also a wall of dispensers filled with candies, cereals and other crunchy good things to put on your froyo.
An even better note: They give a Military discount off the already inexpsensive treat.

After walking around in the sun at Norfolk Botanical Garden (
) for 2 hours, I needed to refuel on sugar and wanted something cold! ***Note: This is the ice cream kind of frozen yogurt… not the Pinkberry kind.
Everything is Do-​It-​Yourself! You dispense it yourself, then pick the toppings yourself, and decide how much of each topping you want yourself! It’s all weighed in the end and you pay for it by ounce.
They provide sample cups so that you can try all 12 flavors available. Remember I said you dispense it yourself? Yup. You better believe we made ourselves some generous «samples.» Reese’s Peanut Butter Froyo? SO GOOD. I topped it off with Strawberries, Walnuts, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, some broken Peanut Butter Cups, and Hot Fudge. It was probably… not «low-​fat» after I was done creating my treat. Guess what. I don’t care.
Time to pay: It’s 39 cents an ounce! AND we received a military discount because I was with the USCG. BUT they also offer discounts to students and city workers… so basically… you’re failing in life if you’re NOT getting a discount.
I know this is a total Unilocal Cliché, but I’m about to rock it out right now anyway– «I’m so glad I don’t live closer to this place, otherwise I’d come here EVERYDAY!»
