Entourage Salon & Spa

Went to Entourage to treat myself as a graduation gift back in December. I decided to do an entire spa day. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Everyone was so polite and patient. The spa lunch was amazing. The massage, the facial, the mani, pedi and the body scrub… It was all like a dream. And the price… WOOOO WEEEE it was soooooooo worth it. Their price for a full spa day is very reasonable especially compared to the other spas I was considering. You definitely get your money’s worth. It was an unforgettable experience and I can’t wait to visit them again.

Hands down best experience granted this was my first time ever getting a bikini wax but I felt so comfortable so relaxed and so happy that I chose this salon for my first time. I initially was greeted with a glass of champagne to ease The stress that I had which was a nice touch. Asia was absolutely amazing (pretty sure that was her name I feel awful for forgetting) hands-​down the best person to go to if this is your first time. She made me so comfortable and made sure that I knew everything I should know about getting a bikini wax. I will definitely recommend the salon to every single one of my friends if I could give it 10 stars I would! BEST BIKINI WAX IN VA BEACH!

this place is great! I’ve only ever been for waxing purposes but I’ll probably go back for other services. all the ladies working here are so nice and of course I can never say no to the complimentary mimosa while waiting!

I can’t believe I’ve lived in VB my whole life and have never visited Entourage before today! I just got back from a camping trip and my nails were in desperate need of some TLC. Today was my last day of vacation before returning back to work, and since Entourage is 5 mins from my place, I called and was pleasantly surprised to hear they were able to accommodate me the same day.
I love the ambiance of this place. As soon as I walked in, I felt at ease. I was given a complimentary mimosa while I received a classic mani-​pedi with Ashley. What’s not to love about a free mimosa? Ashley was very sweet and did a great job with my nails. The prices seemed pretty reasonable too, considering this is a spa. One and a half hours later, I left a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be back, maybe next time for a massage!

This is an awesome spa!!! Everyone was so sweet and attentive. They put you at ease when you receive a service that you’ve not previously had!

Amazing salon! Everyone is SO sweet and accommodating. I will not go anywhere else! I book my massages, hair cuts, facials, spray tans, and Brazilian waxes here and have never left unhappy. Such a wonderful eloquent salon & spa that makes you feel like family!

I love this place! I live borderline in York County and drive here just for their services because they are just that nice, clean and great at what they do. The décor is adorable, the owner is constantly switching up every nook n’ cranny to fit the season. It reminds me of a burlesque/​victorian salon but it is very relaxing at the same time. I’ve only been going here for year but every time I have been treated so well. My first visit was a Brazilian and I had never had one done so I was obviously nervous. The whole staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable… the 2 glasses of wine also helped :) My esthetician gave me detailed instructions as to what she was doing and the proper aftercare. I have yet to try other services but will definitely go again someday to indulge myself. This is the only place I have felt 100% comfortable getting a Brazilian as I have been to a handful of other salons. Price wise they have a cheaper rates than other salon’s I have visited. I have even brought guests during my visits and they too have left happy after a glass or two of wine, mimosa, coffees and tea. I would recommend the salon to anyone. Like I said before all the staff are very sweet and professional, however Astrin is an awesome esthetician! She is very knowledgable and the waxing job is impeccable! They have referral and a loyalty type deal for repeat customers as well as first-​time discounts!

I am extremely picky about who cuts and colors my hair. For years I had a hair dresser who worked Fashion Week in NYC so I’d become accustomed to that caliber of stylist. When I moved here I was resigned to trying several different salons before finding someone I liked enough to commit to. Luckily my first visit was to Entourage with Monique. She was so fantastic I didn’t have to even go anywhere else. The salon is beautiful, the service is excellent, Monique is extremely talented and the price matches the services you receive. The added bonus for me is, it’s in my neighborhood. I haven’t yet tried the spa services but am hoping to scrape up a treat for myself there sometime soon. Keep up the great work!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a pedicure and massage at Entourage today… possibly the best experience I’ve had yet during my vacation! The décor is outstanding, little surprises around every corner (along with the complimentary mimosa
I enjoyed… bonus). Lindsey treated me to a delightful classic pedicure, and Joe’s massage whisked away any shred of stress I may have had. The rest of the staff was also top notch. Thank you! My only regret is that I’m just here on vacation and so can’t make them a regular stop.
As a side note… I went there in September 2012 but hadn’t realized that I hadn’t completed my review past the draft stage. No matter, the place is still outstanding.

I’ve been to quite a few spa and salons in the Hampton Roads area. So far this place is the best yet. They have all sorts of spa packages. They are willing to accommodate large groups, bridal parties, and even couples. I love the Shellac Manicure and Pedicure I get from here.

If you read my previous review, you know how much I love my local neighborhood spa, Entourage. Well, I recently re-​visited to re-​up on my favorite product «Get the Bump Out,» an awesome gel that stops razor bumps and bikini line irritation cold. They didn’t have the product in stock, but the lady behind the counter actually remembered my name (even though I haven’t been there since I can’t even remember when – yes, Get the Bump Out lasts forever, it took me six months to use it – no joke). For a busy salon to remember an occasional customer’s name is awesome! They didn’t have my product in stock and in fact, they don’t order it anymore (why does this always happen to me? I find something I like and the store decides to stop selling it. For example, I love Sargento Muenster cheese and it is now nowhere to be found. Sargento, get at me!) But this wonderful salon scoured the globe for me and will have the product shipped to the store in a jiffy. Now that’s service!

I live near Entourage Salon & Spa and I’ve always wanted to try their services. I went there last night for the first time & I got a pedicure. They were able to get me an appointment last minute (same day), which I appreciated. The inside of the salon/​spa is just as cute as the outside. I was expecting a very nice pedi since I knew from their web-​site that it would cost me $ 40 (plus tip). The pedi area is cute, comfy chair, & I was offered a glass of wine. So, now I’m really excited about the amazing pedi that is sure to follow (especially after a long day at work…) So, man was I disappointed!!! I really enjoyed talking to the three woman in the salon/​spa & my nails look good, but she didn’t massage my feet & lower legs!!! Not even for a second or 2!!! I paid $ 40 for a pedi that included foot soak, nail trim/​file, scrub with an exfoliator, & nail polish. I have never once received a pedi where my feet & lower legs weren’t rubbed/​massaged for at least a few minutes. For a $ 50 pedi (including tip) I DEFINITELY expect a foot massage!!! That’s the best part! I could have done what she did on my own… I was so disappointed. Even though I really like the women who work there, I will definitely not go back. And I know what you’re thinking– I shouldn’t have tipped her! But I’m a sucker when someone is friendly…
