Can’t say enough about how wonderful my facial was. Melanie was amazing! Customer service great, interior was pleasant. Melanie took her time and explained the benefits of each product and application process. Will be back.

I was new in town and looking for a new place to get my hair cut and colored. Spa Phoenix was recommended to me by a co-​worker and I was so happy with the results. I went to see Shannon and she is amazing! She worked with me to get the perfect, personalized color for my hair. She did an incredible job, everywhere I go, someone compliments me on my hair. I just moved away from the area and I’m considering making the 3 hour trip back down to Virginia Beach just to get my hair done by Shannon. She’s great at what she does and extremely nice and personable to boot. Also, the reception staff is the nicest front desk I’ve ever come across, they are just wonderful. I recommend Spa Phoenix 100%.

I went here for an eyebrow wax, and Karen (I think that was her name) did a GREAT job on my eyebrows! I had been kind of growing them out, trying not to tweeze too much because I wanted to get a good waxing job done. I went there and she asked how I liked them, and I basically told her whatever she thought would look good and that I just didn’t want to go too thin. My brows probably looked the best they had in a long while.
The only downside is (and this isn’t necessarily their fault, it’s probably my skin) is that I got a lot of little bumps/​breakouts around my brows afterward. It is kind of hit or miss for me with this issue. For some reason, some places make my skin irritated and make me break out, and other places do not. Maybe I would suggest they use the oil plus some cooling stones or something to soothe the area afterward, but other than that, it was great. It was $ 18 for the brow wax, which is the most I have ever paid, but it was worth it since I am not one to go every 2 weeks to do them. I’ll definitely be going back again for this service!

It was a terrible experience, they completely ruined my day. I purchased a package that was supposed to include make up, but since there was problems with the schedule they took the liberty to cancel the make up session, the hair stylist trying to hurry up and get to her next customer messed up my hair. So I ended up with a messy hair, no make up and no time to fix it since I had a party. Thanks for ruining my weekend…

I moved to Virginia Beach in 2008 and was lucky enough to find stylist Emily Flood. She helped me gracefully grow out a bad short hair cut and did my color for the two years I lived in the area… I am going to miss her :(She does great work, pays attention to what you want, and carries on a great conversation… I am sure I talked her ear off! I always felt super pampered after every visit and received a lot of nice comments on my hair. Sure it was a splurge, but money well spent!

I get my eyebrows done there — amazing. They don’t just go in there and wax, they really take a look at your brows and what is right for you!
Had a massage there, too. Very nice.
a LITTLE pricey, but in my opinion it is worth it!
