McDonald’s

Drive through attendant got my order wrong and when I drove all the way back to fix my order everyone was so rude. They actually started arguing with me that I didn’t order that! Then when I asked to speak to a manager she was more unprofessional than her staff. Horrible experience and I felt I was in high school rather than a business.

I only go in this McDonalds if I’m really hungry. The food is overpriced (likely because of the rents for space in Tyson’s Corner) and the service is always terrible. The cashiers always seem to barely understand me and they don’t even know how to use the McDonald’s app, which often slows things down even more. Yet if they are working with someone who speaks Spanish, it seems much faster for their transactions to be completed, and they act all chummy with them. If this McDonalds were to disappear tomorrow, I wouldn’t miss it.

This McDonalds is grossly overpriced. Moreover, they made multiple mistakes on my most recent order. Customer service is terrible, even by fast food standards.

Why do I pay for a breakfast meal and never get my hashbrown? This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I just want my hashbrown! I paid for it! Twice!

This guy took my drive thru order and completely got it wrong. When I told the person giving me the food it was wrong he told her in Spanish that I didn’t know what I wanted. He didn’t apologize or care at all. I had to move to the side and when he brought my order out he proceeded to raise his voice contradicting everything I said and pointing his finger in my face. He was rude aggressive and a total jerk. I had to go back t the drive thru to get what he missed and I asked the girl that took my order how I can complain about the guy that took my order only to find out HE IS THE MANAGER. I am disgusted with the service. How can he be the manager he will surely infect a crew that is already semi curteouse to completely awful. I will be going out of my way to avoid this jerk ruining my day ever again. Way to start 2015 forced to put one star this idiot gets a zero.

Not impressive & unpleasant.

Very friendly service in the drive thru, always get my order right. The steak, egg and cheese bagel is a great breakfast sandwich.

I give this place a negative review but they don’t have those stars, I just wanted to order food and because I said Hun to the guy at the ordering thing he got mad and refused service, I was in a good mood, but he put me in a bad one, I have it all on video once he said go home to me at the ordering speaker that’s when I knew it was weird and I should record a situation such as this,
WATCH BEFORE YOU ORDER!

«Hola. I teek your o’da?»
«Large McRib meal please»
«Beeg?»
“Yes, large.”
…pays…
…food is served…
There was no McRib. We politely informed the workers that they had given us a Big Mac instead of the correct order.
She picks up the sandwich and basically brandishes it in front of my girlfriend and says in her broken English, «I asked you, if you want Beeg, and you say ‘yes’»
She didn’t apologize and corrected the order.
I seriously have to agree with the other two reviews
Oh and if for whatever reason you’re reading this, Oh Kind Worker, and didn’t understand when I said, «brandish» — that’s the English word for «blandir». Do you understand me now?

One of the older locations, and it shows!
If you go late in the afternoon, the food is a tad tired!
Pass this one by!

I’m sad to say that I wholeheartedly agree with Mo (another reviewer). I’m at least relieved to see that it’s not just me.
I’ve been going here for 3 years because it is the most convenient McD’s location for me (although we have at least 5 more within a few mile radius). Unfortunately, I am still treated as an outsider.
Examples of the fun & games:
* I have had to ask for another person on the register because they are Spanish-​speaking only and can’t understand me.
* MANY times, I’ve had to request a manager to help me get the right Happy Meal toy for my son (they sometimes try to give you old ones and hide the toy they advertise in the back).
*I’ve gotten food that’s obviously been sitting out for a long while. We got chicken nuggets last week that were completely inedible.
*They rarely have the seasonal items (they advertised the pumpkin shake on the drive thru and NEVER had it. Instead, they served MANGO shakes in November.
* The service is unbearably rude.
I have reported this McDonald’s several times to corporate… to no avail.
This McDonald’s is a mess.
