How many people have to be in line before you decide to open another register? Apparently more than 19. Options are limited in terms of walk-ability from my office, so I come here(sadly) relatively often. The employees are great and do the best they can, but are understaffed and ill-equipped to handle a rush. Come here off of peak hours and I’m sure it will be a regular subway experience.

I WISH I COULDNOTLEAVE A STAR. The WORST service I have EVER received here at Subway. My friend and I came in last week to get dinner after working out. And the time was 750pm… we think great we still have time. A gentlemen walked in front of us by like 2 mins. anyways…the sign still said OPEN… but here is the kicker!!! The guy who was closing(wish I had his name) said O we are closed now and all the food is put away. But we all said you have 3 people here and its 10 mins from closing. Are you freaking kidding me!!! You should put the food away after 8pm. And start to clean up the restaurant starting around 7pm then clean as you go. WOOOW I will never go here again! Save yourself the trouble.

It’s a subway, can’t complain. Decent for the occasional lunch, but there are generally better options nearby for sandwiches. It was good in September with the $ 5 deal, but not too fond of it otherwise. Not bad though.

I usually avoid subways like the plague but had a gift card and it was right across the street from my office. Granted it was difficult to walk past the delicious food trucks parked nearby but my cheapness took over. So the three stars is not for subway in general which is the worst(except for the healthy fast food angle that we need more of in America) but for this specific location. They had a big line but moved extremely fast and all the ingredients were very fresh. I even saw them replacing them lightning fast as they even got slightly low. Some good deals now with a fairly simple menu which I assume is standard across the chain. Overall, friendly and fast employees with fresh food is pretty good.

This Subway sucks a 12-inch sub! Our office ordered here at least 5 times and always the bread is soggy as if someone soaked them in water. The lettuce is yellow and bitter. The tuna tastes recycled from last week and is extremely salty. My co-workers also complained about the deli meat smelling funky. Luckily another Subway is around the corner off of Westwood Center Drive. The difference is night and day. I wouldn’t think it because it’s a chain and there should be consistency, but the subs and ingredients are much fresher. Our office has since switched to this new location.

Agreed with most of the reviewers. For some reason I will say the bread is not that good and most of the time the whole wheat is stale.

Came in to pick up lunch for my six man crew right at the peak of lunch rush. They did a great job of running 6 orders through without holding the line much. Would be 5 stars but had a bit of a communication issue with the lady who started the order.

A Subway is a Subway is a Subway, right? Well no, actually this is a «Subway Café». I’m not sure what the café part adds here, but this Subway(café) has the highest throughput of any Subway I’ve ever seen and they deserve a shout-out. Not only do they feature two sandwich counters here, but every employee moves like lightning. Where do these blazing fast sandwich artists come from? There has to be a special training program for them or some kind of grueling, in depth audition process. Being brought up to the«café» must be the highest of honors that a sandwich artist could ever receive. I once saw an employee here diffuse an irate«look at me, I’m wearing a suit» self-righteous asshole, while simultaneously ringing up a customer at the register and getting a sandwich out of the oven. That is not something that an ordinary Subway employee could achieve. Heck, at most places it’s a noteworthy experience if I don’t have to frantically interrupt them putting olives on my sub after I specifically said«no olives», or to get an employee that does more than communicate via grunts or monosyllabic tones, or move in slow motion. Maybe at the café they’re all heroes and have special sandwich powers based on their genetic code? Maybe they’ve completed intense training on top of a mountain where they create sandwiches while blindfolded, standing on one foot and being flogged. Whatever it is, and wherever they come from, I am grateful and will continue to come here, especially now that all foootlongs are $ 5! And my one complaint is that the seating here is almost a joke, and ridiculously close together and cramped. It’s like the restaurant equivalent of the rear seat in the back of a sports car.

Ode to Subway… Oh Subway, my eternal lunchtime spot… Pastrami or meatballs, those subs are hot… I love and adore, your BMT… Pepperoni, ham, salami for me… Pile on the veggies, I get them all here… Too bad I’m at work, or I’d have a beer… Six inch or foot long, oh why must I think? And with your cookies, my waist won’t ever shrink. I love you Subway, just don’t tell my wife… Sans your BMT, there just is no life!
