Uno Pizzeria & Grill

Recently stopped in here and was pleased to see that they have made a few changes. The menu is extensive and the electronic table top menus kind of take away from a personal experience — only a little bit. It’s very convenient for paying. This is a good place if you want to be in and out quickly. As for the food — not bad, not bad! I would like to come here and order more than a flatbread or a salad, though. But for now, 4 stars!

Stopped by late on a Saturday night for some take-​out. Service was friendly and food was good. We had 2 orders of the lobster sliders (3 per order) and an order of Mac n cheese. The lobster specials are only available for a limited time and it hit the spot. Recommended if you’re in the Victor NY area as there isn’t much dining choices around this area.

We had a great time at this Uno. Not only was the food great but we really loved the service. Our server was extremely interested in getting everything right. I think his name was Jason. He was very friendly and it was obvious he cared about making sure that we had a great time.
We look forward to going back the next time we are in the area.

I went to Pizzeria Uno this evening, and it was a great experience. It was my sons 5^th birthday, I called ahead and we greeted by the hostess saying happy birthday. Our table was set up with balloons and a personalized happy birthday written sign. It was very cute. The manager came over about 15 mins after being there to stop by and say happy birthday. Tuesday kids eat for free and my kids each made their own pizzas which they loved. My deep dish pizza was delicious. The place was very clean, the food was free and delicious. The staff was very friendly.

It was my first time at this location and my last. I went in to enjoy a nice meal out, but ended up walking out before I was even served my drink. I walked in, only to be greeted by no one! No hostess, no waiter to be found, and no management either. I waited a few minutes, then went to the bar to get a bartender to be seated. Who said, «sorry about that bro.» BRO… really?!? The professionalism and customer service was oozing out of this one. After five more minutes, our waiter came over (who was seemingly rushed and annoyed). He started off, right away, by complaining to me about how he was busy and behind… WOW! Way to make me feel like a valued customer. It doesn’t matter if it’s a chain/​local restaurant, new/​experienced server, opening/​closing business hours… the only thing that will make or break a business is customer service. This location has such extremely poor customer service that you couldn’t pay me enough to go back there.

Haven’t been here in years! Kara the bartender was so good and attentive! She made us amazing blood Mary’s, No complaints, great pizza will be back.

This place is in the perfect location, right across from Eastview Mall. and it was open for Thanksgiving night as well (4:00pm to 11:00pm). They were going to sit us at one of the small tables for two people, which look very tiny. I told them to move us to a bigger table. The place was pretty quiet, as I am sure most people were having thanksgiving dinner at home. We had steaks instead, :) We ordered their Brewmaster NY Strip and the grilled Shrimp and Sirloin. It took about 25 minutes for our meals to come. They both arrived with a dry cheese breadstick. The Brewmaster NY Strip steak was not bad, but had a good amount of gristle, thank goodness for the tasty Wowza sauce on top. The Sirloin was a bit dry and tasted plain, the grilled shrimp looked and tasted very good. My skinless mashed was okay, it just didn’t seem fresh. And what’s with the cheese at UNO? Why is it so dry… on both the skinless mashed and the breadsticks. The next time I am back I will try their pizza and hope it is much better.

Awesome goodness. We ordered a regular Chicago style pizza call the número uno style Chicago pizza. It was great it was like eating a better supreme pizza from Pizza Hut. The crust was also very buttery and rich. We also ordered a chopped salad and fried zucchini chips. The prices were reasonable and it was a great lunch. I would recommend this place to anybody.

We just wanted something quick to eat and decided to stop here. We started out with fried zucchini and the pretzel sticks with beer cheese. The fried zucchini was the best part of our meal. We did the 2 for 12 deal, not a huge choice in what you can order but what do you expect? Lol
I ordered the mac and cheese and it was bland. I took 2 bites and was done. Thank goodness for the appetizers. He ordered a personal pizza and suffered from heartburn the rest of the night. good times!
The service is friendly and fast. cant complain about that. Would I go back to eat there? Probably not.

My daughter found the gluten free pizza a little bland. But, when we spoke with the manager he explained that they get the gf crust pre-​made. He sent us home with a special made gluten-​free veggie pizza. I look forward to trying that one.
I know it is hard for resteraunt to have a gluten free pizza crust. Their customer service and care for my daughters needs was great! We will visit this store again. I would recommend anyone with celiacs disease to visit this location also. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Tonight I decided to try this amazing restaurant. It’s Memorial Day weekend and every place has been packed, but the wait time here was significantly less. Only about 10 minutes. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was clean, and it smelled heavenly. The restaurant was filled with people from all walks of life, and is casual dress. We were seated at a spacious booth, not too packed next to other guests. Our server instantly got our drinks and kept them full the whole night. The food was out very quickly. It was hot and flavorful. They have gluten free options also, that didn’t taste like cardboard. The price was reasonable and overall it was a really good experience! I’ll definitely be returning to fine again soon!

Years and years ago, there used to be an uno’s pizzaria in the harborplace pavillion in Baltimore. I went there on dates and whenever we visited the harbor. That was some crazy, crazy belly busting chicago style pizza. I wish I could say the same about this time. It was belly busting, but it was basically just a wet, sloppy, soggy crusted deep dish mess. I ended up taking the toppings of the crust which was completely soggy and eating them with a fork. I also had the thin crust and it was completely tasteless and bland. It doesn’t surprise me that when I walked into the restaurant there were only 2 other people in there besides me and I was taking out. Move along folks, you’re not missing anything here!

Wow… haven’t been to an Pizzeria Uno/​Uno Chicago Grill in a looong time. We used to be regular customers of the Henrietta restaurant back when they used to be in the Mall. We used to sit in the Jane Flasch booth… man, am I that old?
It was a Saturday night in Victor and Uno’s was doing a fairly brisk business. Luckily, we were seated quickly and greeted by our energetic & ebullient server Katelyn. Drinks were served quickly, and my wife enjoyed her dirty Martini while we perused the menu. She chose the Black Bean burger with a side of Faro, and I ordered the Chicken Milanese (which is listed twice in the menu, FWIW). To start things off, we decided to share a bowl of Italian Wedding soup, which we both love.
After our soup arrived, we waited till it was safe enough to eat. It was extremely hot, almost scalding… and after it cooled down a bit it tasted pretty good. Before I had a chance to finish it, the food arrived.
It’s a good thing that I took a picture of my Chicken Milanese before I ate it, because I can hardly describe how it tasted, let alone looked. At first, under the dim light I though that the color and texture of the greens had been affected by the dressing. A few bites, however, let me know that what I was experiencing was something worse… totally wilted and soggy greens. The Kalmata olives were soggy to the point of disintegration. The greens sat on top of some of the driest and flavorless chicken I’d ever chanced to eat.
OTOH, my wife was enjoying her meal. While her black bean burger wasn’t *phenomenal* (she felt it tasted like it had been thawed out in a microwave then pan seared), she enjoyed it’s taste. What she really dug, however, was her Faro side dish.
At the conclusion of our meal, I asked our server to clear our dishes. Our server asked us if we enjoyed our meals. When my wife pointed out my partially eaten wilted salad, our server noted that other patrons had complained about the salad greens that night and scurried off. Shortly after that, a manager appeared at our table proffering profuse apologies and let us know that he was taking the Chicken Milanese off our tab.
So… no complaints here as to the level of service at Uno’s. This is why I’m raising what should’ve been a two star review to three. Hey, there’s far worse places to go if you’re stuck in Victor on a Saturday night.

We ordered a burger and it arrived charred. Also served with the wrong side. Avoid the mac and cheese side, it is among the worst I ever had. On previous visits we end up with a ‘problem’ item about half the time.
Service can be slow even when not busy.
Only worthwhile with buy one/​get one coupon, sign up on their web site. I admit, we are cheap. We would never eat there with their regular prices. You can do much better.

Not what I expected! I had heard there were some low cal options so I thought we’d try it out. Service was fantastic. Décor was also much nicer than I expected. I was blown away by the number of healthy options and how much of the menu that was not pizza. Tons of unusual choices of chicken dishes, pasta, burgers, salads. Also some great options for healthy sides. We ended up ordering a ½ pizza. Thin crust, all natural 5 grain, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, grilled eggplant, spinach, pesto. Everything about it was delicious minus the pesto. Not a pesto fan and something about it was salty. I would skip it next time. We also tried the avocado egg rolls as we are huge fans of the app at the Cheesecake Factory. They definitely were salty and not as good. Overall, I was impressed with the service, décor and options available to a dieter who appreciates good cheeses, well roasted veggies and interesting dishes. We will definitely go back and try again.

I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants in general, but I have been to Uno once before on the West Coast and it was not that bad. We sat at the bar and ordered quickly because we were starving. The lettuce in the salad was brown and you could tell the salads were pre plated and stored in a cooler.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was actually good, it tasted like the grill, it was cooked properly and the Challah bread bun was good. My companion had a pizza, he is a pizza freak and it was good but we both decided we prefer NY style pizza.
I would go back and sit at the bar again but will avoid the salad.

I had been to Unos previously and thought it was great. However, I went there (on a Tuesday night) — not that it should matter, only to find the service very poor, if non exsistent! As dead as it was in there, you would have thought they would snap to attention getting a table of 4 to come in finally. Nope, my husband and I stood waiting for 5 – 10 minutes just waiting for any one of the servers to acknowledge we were even there! After finally having to call out to someone to notice us — our other 2 friends showed up only moments after we were FINALLY seated. The server was slow and messed up at least 1 of the orders, the food was pitiful, and my one friend felt like throwing up after she ate her meal! No wonder these establishments are going out of buisness! It’s too bad, because at one time they weren’t that bad!
