We purchased 4 rocker glider chairs from Raymour. People were always very helpful when I was in the showroom looking around, and when making the purchase. The chairs arrived 3 days after purchase. Although there was a problem with one of the chairs(rocker on backwards) they came out right away and fixed it. The repairman, and the person I spoke to on the phone were professional and polite.

I purchased a pair of special order chairs that came in with a flaw in the fabric of one of the chairs. Also, the fabric was cut strangely giving the appearance of a stripe along the arms of the chairs that was not attractive. I was given the opportunity to order something else. When the new special order chairs came in, there were flaws in the fabric on both chairs – very obvious flaws! They did refund my money, but after waiting weeks both times for the chairs to come in and ending up with nothing but frustration, I strongly recommend you go somewhere else to purchase your furniture.

Be prepared to be treated like crap by the manager should you have an issue with your brand new furniture. My review here is based on the treatment I received, so I will not go into detail about what is actually wrong with my purchase. It goes without saying that when you purchase two brand new recliners, the leg supports should stay down unless you pull the lever to put them up right? Not so says the manager! «not his fault, and this conversation is going nowhere, so lets just end the call» say’s the store manager at the Eastview mall location. So if you like snotty, curt service, by all means, head to Raymour & flannigan in Victor. You will be greeted by a team of sharks at the door eager to make a final sale(not written as final – you get to be blindsided by that should you have an issue with your $ 1500 purchase). Once they get your money, kiss any service goodbye. Business must be tough these days, but is the goal to retain customers, or shove them out after a one time purchase? While I have had good past experiences with this company, this location is the pits. And if you don’t think you’re a low-life moron, just ask for the manager – he will treat you as such. STAYAWAY!!! It’s worth paying a bit more for better service & products.

I’m giving 3 stars to 2 star furniture. Get as mad as you want but there has to be a way for me to review furniture I’ve extensively researched without buying. It’s junk. I found I had to save fro another 6 months to be able to afford good quality furniture. I’m not talking any one brand that Raymour carries but all of it. It’s very poor quality throughout the line.

If you want nothing but a quality retailer with high quality products made with only high quality materials, you need look no further than Ethan Allen, Stickley, Bayles, Arhaus, Pottery Barn,& Anthropologie. Raymour & Flanigan doesn’t carry hardly anything high-end quality –just lots of lower end product that doesn’t hold up! Their sales clerks for the most part aren’t knowledgeable nor do they care what you buy as long as they can PUSH you into a sale you’ll regret. Buy quality, buy it once & you’ll SAVE money not having to replace cheap junk that’s marked with a phoney«sale» but will break on you –that’s for certain!
