I would NOT buy a sleep number bed ever again! We bought 4 and 2 were not able to recline so our kids had to sleep in upright position. The shade surrounding the king bed also fell off during the first night. Complained first morning and was told to be patient and continue it. Nothing changed. Finally they agreed to take back the beds and promised a full refund. They did not pick up beds for ever so it dragged out. When they finally picked up beds we were told system not working so it would take a couple of weeks before we would see our refunds. 2,5 months later we still have not seen a refund of the beds. That is actually not true. We have had some partial refunds but only a few hundred here and there. They still owe us over 11 000 USD!
They now ignore our emails and calls.
And 2,5 months later I am still seeing a chiropractor to get my back back in shape after being completely ruined by Sleep Number. What a scam!

Overall I’m very pleased with my bed purchase and the customer service I’ve encountered both at store and the follow-​up has been very good. The installers were a little odd, but customer service apologized and made it right. If I had a 10 point scale I’d give a 9 I think.
