Sleepy’s

Adam was not the typical «pushy» mattress sales guy which my fiancé and I appreciated. We were at a few other local places, and could not find a matress in our budget, and had «pushy» people help us. Adam let us wonder the store, look around, and be honest with him which I liked. We ended up with a matress that will be delivered today. Just wanted to give a good review to a good guy/​store.

I went to Sleepy’s and bought an adjustable bed… Rick the Salesperson worked with me around my «bottom line» cost and did NOT try to hard sell me! He was so informative and helpful. My purchase was soooo smooth and not stressful as this is a high ticket item. I am so pleased with this store (and had visited another store and walked out in frustration!) and the customer service I received. I am going to recommend all my friends buy here at this Sleepy’s! Can’t wait for my bed to arrive tomorrow!

My boyfriend and I had gone to a few different places looking for a reasonably priced but well made mattress. We saw Sleepy’s half off deal and went in on a whim. Rick was extremely helpful and a terrific salesman. He really took the time to make sure we bought the right mattress for us. We got our bed delivered a few days later and the delivery was prompt and didn’t have a long window like they usually give. I was even able to call the store to track the truck to see exactly when they would be there. We absolutely love our new mattress!

I needed a new mattress so I went to 4 stores in VH. I started at Harlem Room Place, then Mattress Firm, I forgot the third, and ended up at Sleepys. Richard Kingsbury was friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. I explained that I wasnt planning to buy but wanted to know what type of mattress I was in the market for. Of all 4 places I went this Sleepys was the only place that actually had an objective way to determine what i preferred as opposed to some guy guessing based on what I said. Richard spent just enough time with me to make me confident in the choice of bed I needed without making me feel like I absolutely had to buy it from him right away! Once I was confident in my selection I was able to talk price (of course I was planning to buy it that day!). There was a great sale going on (which if you buy a mattress when there isn’t you should have your head examined!) so I got a half off, plus I got Sleepys dollars which I applied and Richard matched the mattress firm free delivery offer! My only regret/​suggestion is with regards to the mattress guard. Perhaps because I cheaped out I could definitely tell it was on the bed and have since removed it-I’d say buy a better one or forego it altogether. I’ve had the bed about a month and love it and thanks to Richard i have zero buyers remorse! Overall amazing experience and would definitely go back and recommend this store to everyone!

John was great! He helped me pick a bed that fit me and my budget perfectly. He was patient while I tried a number of different options and made sure to tell me about all of the extras that were available to me. The process was easy and straight-​forward. Great experience :)

My boyfriend and I just bought a mattress from Jeremy. We are like two very needy toddlers and took about an hour and ½ just to find a bed we really liked and another hour to decide if we wanted to buy it. We had a tight budget with us still being students. Jeremy was really helpful in keeping us in our budget and was super patient and overall a pretty cool dude.
