I see Faith for my hair and absolutely love everything she has done! Color, highlights, cut, style, Brazilian blowout she’s amazing! Faith is not only creative and talented but she’s one of the sweetest people I’ve had work on my hair! Highly recommend!!! Prices are reasonable for the area! ASK FOR FAITH!

Char is the best for color! I moved and I still travel to see her because she does such a beautiful job! I’ve never been disappointed.

I had Jackie do my bridal makeup for the big day. She also did 6 others that morning at my house. She’s absolutely a magician with a makeup brush! Made everyone look beautiful in their own way — no one looked like clowns or overdone. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, which was so important. Her spunky, positive attitude and ability to move from person to person without missing a step was great and useful on a super-​stressful day! I love Jackie!!!

I am not one to write a review but I have been getting my hair cut by Jessica for the past couple years and I can’t rave about her enough. I moved to the city last year and I will still travel great lengths for Jessica to cut my hair! She is so thorough and talented. The last time I was there I brought in a picture with a completely new hair cut. I was nervous since I have always had long hair but I knew I could trust Jessica. I came out of the salon looking EXACTLY like the picture I had showed her– I have been getting so many compliments. I also drag my sister to Jessica when we have events to go to because she does our hair for the night and makes us look like movie stars.
From the minute you walk in, the entire staff is very sweet and accommodating. Which brings me to my next point– my hair colorist Sandy. She is ALWAYS booked but usually finds a way to squeeze me in if possible. She does a beautiful job and the color maintains for longer than anywhere else I have tried. She gives her honest opinion and always knows, according to the season, what type of touch up I need. More often than not she is doing a few clients at a time but always remembers what is going on in my life and makes time to catch up. I would never replace her and am thankful I have her!

I’ve been coming here for the last couple years. Yuri is my guy. I actually lived in the neighborhood but now I’m the city. I still come out this way and plan business around the area to specifically see him. The entire staff is great as well.

Let me save you some time: This place sucks. The lady who I had, refused to color my hair because she wasn’t sure what to do and a different hair colorist wanted me to come back the next day so she could do it because she told me that the lady I had didn’t know what she was doing. So basically they scheduled me with someone who did not know what she was doing. And other people working their knew this lady wasn’t that great. That was just wonderful.
Another time I went there, the lady who did my nails took soooooooo long. She kept getting up talking to other people who worked there and then would come back with whatever she was getting. And she would talk to other people while she did my nails. It was just obnoxious.
The manager handled the hair experience poorly. I was super mad at the lady for not knowing what to do, and I straight up told her that. I was not loud, I was just telling her basically what a bonehead she is for being a hairdresser. The manager comes over and whispers near my head that he will try to work this out just sit down and I will see what I can do. But he said it super rude and said other stuff that was disrespectful. The best he could come up with was get a different person to work around their schedule for the next day to have my hair done. I didn’t want that. I wanted my hair done that day.
Will not be going back there any time soon. If you are a young person, like myself, don’t go here. Honestly the oldest people on the planet are working here. I would have went back their if the manager wasn’t such a rude human being.

This is a well deserved and over due review. I started coming here when I discovered Yuri. He is absolutely excellent and I reviewed him about a year ago. There were days when I needed to swap hair dressers because of my schedule changes and must say that so far, I have been to 3 other stylists here, all were excellent and I am super hard to please. I don’t know if it was a coincidence or the owner is doing something right here by hiring skilled pros who know their thing, but so far I have been very satisfied.

My weekend doesn’t officially start until my Saturday visit to «Sam’s» for services. Something gets waxed; nails manicured. It’s my ritual. From Vera and Chris (and others) at the front desk — they’re all terrific. I have my favorites but let me give a shout out to Monika (nails); Char (hair color); Jackie (skincare and waxing), Carla (hair cut). They keep me looking well-​groomed. Let’s not forget all the women who shampoo and offer beverages. Every one of them is delightful. If I had to find flaw with something — I guess my kvetch would be that the manicures are done back of the house and there are no windows. Other than that it’s really a top-​notch salon. Always leave here feeling better than when I arrive. Nice place.

Sandy is THE best colorist! I was going to a very pricey salon in the city for Balyage; Sandy took one look at me and knew right away that my hair was too light and suggested highlights; my hair looks much better and more natural and I’ve been going back ever since. You’ll be in great hands.

I used to go to another hair salon across the street that closed, but have been getting my hair cut and styled by Luisa for over 8 years so had to come here.
Luisa listens to what you want and does a great job cutting. I have very curly hair and she always manages to straighten it perfectly with just the blow dryer. She has gotten to know my family and always asks about them… I highly recommend Luisa! Only small problem is she is only there Thursday and Saturday (but stays late both days), so you may have to book in advance.
The salon itself was very lively. It was big with plenty of seats to sit in while waiting, and very friendly staff at the front desk.

today was my first time at this salon! LOVE!!! Melinda did my hair and it looks beautiful. She was great! I booked 2 more appointments right away, not something I ever did at my old salon! I highly suggest this salon… everyone who left there today looked beautiful!!!

I normally do not like going to salons. Period. Prices are too expensive for the work they do. I had this one guy who never did anything special and he charged me a fortune! Then there was a lady who always gave me Scully’s haircut. Ew! So I went to Hair Cuttery. Until I met Yury. He actually KNOWS what hairstyle works for you and what products to use. I never knew about AG until he told me. He cuts my hair beautifully and, honestly, my hair is now healthier (and growing healthy) then it has ever been. Ask for him at this salon. And even if you forget his name, he’s the only guy there, so go for him! Lol :-) Trust me, from my standpoint of someone who has a negative viewpoint on hairstylists, he is really great at what he does.

I hadn’t gotten a hair cut in a while, so when I went to this salon, I wanted to cut off more than my usual mere trim.
My hairstylist was really nice, but the day I went in, it was her first day on the job, and I could tell. Since my hair was I guess longer than what she had ever worked with, she didn’t know what to do with me. So she had me stand up while she cut my hair! It was very awkward, and I have never had my anyone ask me to do so such a thing before (my hair was long, but not unusually long; it probably was the length of to the end of my bust)
Though she had me stand for the first like half of the appointment, she was really nice. I am usually not good at small talk, but she was motherly and easy to talk to; the atmosphere of the salon and front desk service I would say gets good ratings.
In the end, my hair cut was okay. I asked to cut three inches off, but she refused to cut that much off because she said she couldn’t cut such pretty hair, which was a frustrating compliment. Instead she cut, I would say, 1.5−2 inches (so not completely not much less of what I wanted), and though it’s not as much as I wanted cut, it was well executed.

I live real close to here so besides convenience I’ve tried this place a few times. However, I never really felt a need to comment until today. Jackie, the esthetician is amazing. Besides her fun personality she really knows what she’s doing. Just had a facial done with her and my pores are so thankful :-).

I came in for a haircut, not really knowing what I wanted to do. The woman who did my cut had all these «exciting» new ideas and kept complimenting my hair and how I should be a hair model… this really set the tone of the type of service I was getting.
Anyway, she said to give me a true quality cut, she’d need to cut it wet then again dry, which would cost another $ 15 or so. I went for it, which was really dumb because the dry cut took all of five minutes and literally a few snips.
At the end of the day, I walked out paying $ 55 + tip, which was the discounted new customer price, with a «long bob» that started up at the nape of my neck in back and then came nearly 3 inches past my shoulder blade in front. They said it was a really hip fun cut. Knowing that I always get traditional cuts, nearly the same my entire life, I thought I’d be opened minded and give it some time to settle with me. I got all sorts of «ohhh cute new hair…» comments for two weeks — it drove me nuts and I went somewhere else to get it fixed into a classic bob.

Have been driving by this place on the way home from work and finally decided to make an appointment and check it out! They were excited to hear from me and very friendly and said I get a discount since its my first time! I went last night and got a couple nail services as I’m going to a wedding this weekend. First a spa pedicure-​it was relaxing, nice chairs with cup holders and massaging/​heat in the back, they offer you magazines and something to drink as well. It felt so nice, she made my rough heels become smooth and it was so relaxing. The cuticle/​shaping work was great and the polish finish was perfect! Then I got a regular manicure with the Shallac finish. Its special polish that they cure under a UV light after every layer and its chip free for 2 weeks! It will help me not chew my nails and actually let them grow for once! And it doesnt hurt to get it off and put it on again, its actually a lot better for your nails and they look great! I had Ruslana but all of the ladies seemed great! I can’t wait to go back and also try some of their other services!
TIP TIP: be sure to bring cash for a tip as you can’t put it on your credit card charge, they do accept checks though for the whole payment (write it for over and give you cash for the tip) or write a check just for the tip portion.
Very happy with this service as I have had some bad nail experiences in the past!
