Dont waste your time with management and front desk. I have given them second and third chances but somehow my appointment gets moved for no good reason, they over charge, staff is complacent and their computer and phone skills mysteriously work to only their advantage. The stylist, Lindsay, was fantastic but her front end was her down fall. Also services in nail deptartment shady. Same manicure pedicure price two different processes and my sister was never offered a drink. I hope never to go back. I hope that places turns around but I wont waste my time waiting.
