Footlocker

I went in to try on basketball shoes because I have a wide foot and Marvin helped me. He was awesome and knew what he was talking about. They didn’t have what I was looking for, but if I do find my size elsewhere, I am going to go back and order from him. He really went above and beyond to help me and that was awesome.

Came in looking for basketball shoes for my son. After asking question that where answered by Angel. My son tried on a few shoes. Walked out with a pair of basketball shoes and happy.

Store Size: This Footlocker is one of the smaller sized Footlocker. The selections weren’t too great compared to the Footlocker at the Wood Field mall.
Shoe Selection: The over selection of sneakers is limited compared to the bigger stores also the quantity isn’t as great. Although the quantity is limited somewhat compared to the bigger Footlockers, you could always order a shoe from another nearby Footlocker or you always have the option of having the sales associate calling another store and holding a pair of shoes for you as well.
Overall Experience: The overall experience at this store is average. The sales reps are fine depending on who you get. Sometimes I find that some of the sales reps are just constantly chit chatting with other customers/​friends of theirs when other customers are waiting for a sales rep for assistance. All in all this Footlocker is good to get in and get out if you know what you want. If you’re deciding on a shoe or need great suggestions from sales reps at this store I would recommend deciding ahead of time.
