I probably will never come here again since I don’t live in Washington, however, it was the most clean Walgreens ever! I could see my reflection on the ground! Lol I was greeted when I arrived; and asked if I needed help with anything.

It was my first time at this one and it’s by far my new favorite one stop shop in Hazel Dell /​Salmon Creek! I needed a few particular items including hair protectant spray and the employees were both friendly and willing to help and suggest! The gal I asked first to help wasn’t sure if they had any or which to recommend but she found someone who could quickly and stayed to learn and didn’t leave the second she could!
The cashier was a nice gentlemen, and was also very friendly! Definitely coming in again soon!

Walgreens doesn’t take Blue Cross /​Regence Insurance? Apparently not. After getting my prescription filled at this location in November, I returned in December with my new Blue Cross Regence card and after about 20 minutes of the kind lady behind the counter making calls, she returned to let me know that Walgreens doesn’t accept Regence. She was as surprised as I was.
Luckily, Safeway right next door eagerly accepted my insurance and prescription. It was filled quickly and was only $ 3. So, I guess I’m lucky Walgreens doesn’t take Regence or Blue Cross insurance.
Two positives does earn 2 stars:
* Apple Pay
* Very patient and helpful people in the pharmacy
Otherwise, there really isn’t any reason to return to this small Walgreens location with Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons all within walking distance.
