Taco Bell

Came here for a quick taco break. I never expect much from Taco Bell. But wow. This was awful. My tacos were not even ¹⁄₃ filled. Intensely disappointing. I was literally served a shell with almost no meat, barely any lettuce and no cheese. Completely absurd. Will never come back even though I live so close now.

Fast food, it’s so simple. Why, then, do so many fast food chains have such a hard time getting an order right? On 5÷2÷15 around 8PM we needed a quick dinner and pulled into the HWY 99 Taco Bell near 134^th Street. We went inside to place a to go order — when ordering outside/​drive-​thru we find we have more incorrect orders. True to form, Taco Bell did not get the order correct. The gal who took our order had a hard time registering two #8 meals on her register; we paid $ 11.47 for 4 hard shell tacos and two soft shell tacos. We got one soft shell taco and the correct amount of hard shells. People, how hard is it to count to 6??? Six items should be in the sack, if anyone had counted the items I wouldn’t be upset, but that didn’t happen. There wer so many employees behind there, why isn’t one of them used to count things instead of stare into space? I guess this is all my fault, I should have counted them before we left — after all, 6 is a huge number… And they were under a heat lamp (god knows how long) so they were a little old and warm, not hot. And not very filling either. Going back never.

It’s your typical Taco Bell fast food joint. I usually stop in for a snack or occasionally for a meal. The CrunchWrap Supreme is addictive, but I usually try to get the tostada with added tomatoes. Inexpensive and one of the healthiest things on their menu.

What can I say! The Nachos BellGrande are a weakness!

This place constantly satisfies my sad late night hunger. I always get the 7-​layer burrito and 99 cent nachos. Haters gonna hate, but I’m not the one who’s hungry in the middle of the night with nothing decent open in Salmon Creek. So chew on that.
