One of the worst experiences ever. Filthy, food took forever. Customer service was OK at best. This location really went down hill. It used to be a great place now… over priced and not like it used to be for sure.

The service is sub-par. That goes for ANY Red Robin location. I don’t think service is really part of their culture. The burgers are consistent and they do a mean lettuce wrap! I’m not a fan of their updated happy hour, though. No more drink specials. Now it’s just food specials. It can get quite expensive to drink there!

Well we used to swing in regularly to another location but service went to crap. Tried to come to this location and got more of the same. We couldn’t come here for lunch as time of entry to time of getting food was no less than 40 minutes which in the business world is pathetic at best. No drink refills, extra fries come out long after the food was finished. Its a bummer when service goes to crap in what used to be a service orientated place to eat. I don’t know if this is the new normal, but I am done. I can get treated like crap anywhere in town and not have to pay $ 15 for a burger and fries. The food was good, but it isn’t good enough to overcome terrible service…

I have to say this places wait seems like the equivalent of a packed out Disney world ride. But the food is top notch with unlimited re fills of ice cream and Fry’s

I enjoy eating at red robin. The Bonzai burger has always been a favorite for me. The last time I went was a not-so great experience. I ordered the Bonzai burger with NO pineapple because I am allergic to pineapple. I always make sure the waiter understands that I CANNOT have pineapple because of my allergen. Yes the burger came with pineapple… Wasn’t happy as you can imagine, must have been a disconnect somewhere. But a new burger was made and they didn’t charge me for dinner. I wasn’t looking for a free meal so I left a big enough tip to cover the entire bill. :)

I liked the food, but for some reason I got charged for an entertainment fee without warning. At least give you customers a warning if you’re going to try to charge them for a trivia game!

Ok food. Service was not great. Burgers are expensive and not made with care. Another fast food burger at high $ 15 cost. Not worth it. But they will give you nasty fries

I love red Robin. The food is always really good and so are the drinks. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is that they got rid of happy hour. … who does that?! The fries are my favourite with honey mustard dipping sauce. The mud slide is the best dessert ever but be ready to share because it’s a lot of dessert.

We went into R.R. tonight at about 9:30pm. We went into the bar, ordered a couple of drinks and an appetizer. So far so good. We then ordered a royal burger and a cup of soup. When the appetizer came up, the waitress came with the wings and she had a couple of sides of ranch. Well, she dropped the ranch all down my shirt and my jeans then all over the floor. She said she was sorry and I let her know that things like this happen. I assumed(as I have been a bar tender and waitress in the past) that she would comp my meal(wings, soup and lemonade) because of the ranch incident. Well when the bill came, everything was on the bill. My husband asked her about a comp on my food because of the ranch all over my clothes. She said that she would go talk to the manager on duty and he came back to our seats and asked how our meal was. My husband said that the food was fine but explained about the ranch incident and he said«well things like that happen» and that if we wanted to have my jeans and shirt dry cleaned, we could bring back the bill and they will pay it. To me, that seems like a lot of extra work on my part for something that was not really my fault at all. You should always take care of your customer especially when you dump food or drinks on them, even if it was an accident. I know the waitress felt bad, I get it but I don’t think the manager handled this situation every well telling us that«this stuff happens». This is not the first time we have been to this R.R. Usually we come in on Sundays during football and the bartender is AWESOME! He always remembers us and remembers what drinks we like, our favorite team ect… This just left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

This store is lacking big time! Go to the one off HWY14 or the Vancouver mall! Seriously needs higher standards!

Had a great experience tonight at Red Robin! We walked in at 6 o’clock to a lobby full of people and a 30 minute wait but we were seated within a few minutes. Our server Shannon was wonderful. She greeted us with a basket of fries which was great since we were starving! Shannon was very upbeat and was knowledgable about the menu. She brought us some more fries as we were waiting for our food to come out.
I had the Whisky River Burger with many instructions on how I like it prepared and it came out perfectly! The food all came out hot and fresh. I have been to Red Robin many times and typically wouldn’t give it a 5 star rating, but tonight the customer service and food was worth the 5 stars!

Food is ok but I don’t like the new concept to try to upscale red robin. I feel nickel and dimed when I go there

Bad quality. Ordered a salad and it was very clearly from a bag mixed with wilted mushy mixed dark greens, it tasted and looked disgusting, dressing was also not good. Chicken was previously frozen, previously cooked or both. My boyfriend didn’t enjoy his burger either. It’s too bad because we live so close to this place and I would eat here more if any of it was fresh or tasty. It’s just a rip off and unappetizing. The service is nice but that’s about it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. First my burger was overcooked and dry but I just dealt with this because honestly I was too hungry to bother sending it back. The waitress smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and was not attentive. I felt disappointed with the poor service and could not bring myself to leave any tip. For this I received a scowl. To make matters worse I forgot my phone and when I returned to get it the staff acted like I was mistaken and reacted negatively when I asked if they could get the person who cleaned my table and/or the manager. The sloppy and sluggish service coupled with the ridiculously sub par customer service and dishonesty is enough for me to never consider spending money here again. Just an all around terrible and extremely embarrassing experience.

Meh– the food is ok here. It seems to have gone down in recent years. I always get the fish n chips, and the mozzarella sticks/fried zuchinni as an app. That is the only things I can eat here. I usually eat here once every three months since my friend loves this place & and she lives like 3 hours aways.

Husband and I shared the Genisys burger. Another reviewer said the burger wasn’t very hot– I disagree! My husband had to take the jalapeños off his! It had really good flavor, though. Will definitely order it again. We weren’t very impressed with our server tonight. Won’t put his name here because maybe he was just having a bad day. Just seemed to take a long time in between visits to our table. Would have liked more fries, but waited too long as it was. Anyway, all in all, food was good, restaurant clean and service not horrible.

Over the years we have frequented Red Robbin. I am very sad to say that prices have gone up, and quality and quantity has gone down. Way down. I have witnessed salad plates go form huge portions, to medium(still very filling) to now, an over priced lame salad. Burgers will always be great so nothing to complain about that. But overall experience — it’s sad to see a great restaurant try and change for the«better» when you don’t need to! Why change a good thing?

Red Robin in my opinion is one of the most under rated resturaunts. There is an incredible amount of choices of foods here AND there is UNLIMITEDFRIES, GUYS. Do you understand that? UNLIMITEDFRIES!(Or unlimited Broccoli if you’re lame) The place is always clean, has great food, and very quick and good service. Whenever trying to find somewhere that everyone can agree on, this is the place, yo. TL;DR: Quick and Good place to eat.

Red Robin used to be okay to me, but I don’t like the current direction they’re going in so I doubt I’ll go there again. My kids love it there so I have probably had about ten experiences to base this review on. I can always count on a serviceable burger here, nothing more nothing less. I stick with the basic bacon and cheese because they start to get crazy expensive when you get fancy toppings and the quality doesn’t justify the cost. The kids menu used to be solid but they are finding new ways to charge the same amount and give less food. Now the grilled cheese is served as «bites» instead of a sandwich. I guess we are not supposed to notice that the bites don’t add up to a full sandwich anymore. Corporate greed. Time to find a new kids spot.

Bottomless steak fries. That is the only thing I think of when I think of Red Robins. Red Robin used to be one of my favorite places to go as a child until I got older and discovered better burgers. However, it’s still one of the places I like to go to grab something to eat with my non-picky eater friends. I started with the monster mint brownie shake. I love mint chocolate chip ice cream so I was hoping that a shake with brownies pieces would deliver(can’t say no to brownies!). I know that Red Robin doesn’t use the highest quality ice cream so I would say the shake was pretty good for using standard ice cream. I liked the thickness and the portion size. They fill your cup all the way and give you the remaining in the shaker bottle. The brownie pieces weren’t that great(coming from someone who bakes brownies homemade often). Furthermore, the brownie pieces were cut up into chunks that ended up clogging the straw. Thankfully, the spoon was invented. I ordered the chicken caesar wrap with the dressing on the side. I find that they use a bit too much dressing than to my liking. I’ve ordered it with half dressing before, but it was still too much. Getting it on the side so that I could control the amount put onto my wrap was a good decision. The wrap itself was pretty good, although the end of the wrap typically has no filling whatsoever. I substituted my fries for sweet potato fries(since I can just take some of my partner’s bottomless steak fries anyways). The sweet potato fries were not that great. I’ve definitely have had better, but they were a nice change to the normal fries. They are a bit on the soggier side. Sweet potato fries are also bottomless. My partner ordered one of the burger specials: the Genesys burger(in regards to the Terminator). It’s a burger filled with spice. The bun is supposed to be a bit on the spicier side, and the burger itself has jalepenos, bacon, and avocados. The avocados were perfectly ripe, although they kept falling out of the burger. The bun had a little kick, but nothing significant. My partner ordered his burger as medium-rare, but it came out as medium-well. Overall, not a bad burger if you like spice. I appreciated the service here though. At some point, our waitress came to us saying that she had a couple baskets of fries coming out for us and another basket of sweet potato fries. By the time the steak fries came out, I was too full for another set of sweet potato fries. When she came with the check, I thought she had simply forgotten about the extra sweet potato fries. To my surprise, when she brought our credit card back, she also had a box to-go filled with sweet potato fries and apologized that they took longer than expected. I thought this was really sweet of her to do. Red Robin is Red Robin. It’s not the greatest, but still a good place to get your french fry fix. I love the honey mustard dipping sauce(it’s not on the sauce menu for some reason). I’ll keep dipping away forever.

I forget that there are a good variety of options here. I over-stuffed myself on clam chowder, cod-sandwich, bottomless fries, and the Blue Moon shake… all delicious. it’s good for lunch, not my ideal for dinner. And the server was awesome :)

This place is very loved by my family. The juicy burgers and the other entrees too are very delish. We always look forward to the appetizers also, and absolutely love their clam chowder, it’s full of flavor! Love their steak fries, I can actually taste the potatoes, and it’s not like crunchy sticks at other places. My 9 year old son orders 2 kids meals on top of the appetizer and the soup, the waiter is always so amazed, this boy can eat haha, so yeah this place is really YUM!
