Went through the drive through and when I asked about what was on a sandwich a loud car drove past, so i was unable hear, I apologized and asked If she could repeat, oh did she cop an attitude! Ok then! Wow! I was afraid to order a different sandwich. According to my receipt this employees Name is Yuri, well this girl working the drive through on a Friday night at 10: pm NEEDSTOLEARNSOMESERIOUSCUSTOMERSERVICE, when I got to the window she practically threw my food at me! For what reason? Because I couldn’t hear her on account a loud vehicle drove by when she was talking? Wow! I will NEVERCOMEHEREAGAIN. My appetite is ruined and I haven’t eaten all day… I will be calling to file a complaint, this is not acceptable and now there are a TONOFKIDS in there. It’s looks like a party! Wow real professional!

Food was good and fresh as Jack in the Box usually is. This time I had a fish sandwich which was on special, which was very good hot. Service was mediocre. The staff were friendly, but they thought I had a special order when I did not!

It’s fast food what can you expect I haven’t been in a very long time went in today to get the bacon bacon cheeseburger paid $ 15 for 2 meals that weren’t worth $ 10 …will be at least a year before I forget how crappy this place really is everything taste the same no matter what you order. Hey can I get some soda with my ice… no no I can’t.

Worst Service EVER!!! This is the SECOND time I’ve been denied something that they have on the menu, due to it «ending» yet it is still ONTHEMENU. Don’t waste your time or $.

The breakfast sandwich combo was recommended by a friend. We stopped in to try one. The employee, Cody explained we could not order the combo because they were out of hash browns and the coffee maker has been broken for two days. They were also out of juice and coke. I told him that tow days earlier when we tried to order a hamburger they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. I told him that corporate will not be happy when I report this to them. He said we don’t care because we’re not corporate, we’re a franchise. Does Jack In The Box have any clue how badly this«franchise» is hurting their corporate logo? For sure I won’t be back. and I will tell all my Unilocal friends about this store. For a nice added touch they allowed a bum to sleep in the dining area.

The Cheeseburger Deluxe was good, kind of disappointed by the curly fries though. Altogether nothing special.
