Quality Inn & Suites

Well kept, clean. Friendly, attentive staff. Well located, near freeway but not too noisy. The breakfast bar was really good and lots of choice from eggs to self-​made waffles to cereals to yogurt and toaster. Pool and spa is inside for all season use.

I had a good experience at this hotel. I only stayed here one night but everything generally met my expectations. My room was very clean and (mostly) quiet but my room was positioned near the entrance of the hallway and I heard people talking/​yelling outside my door until late at night. I recommend asking for a room at the end of the hallway to avoid this. The interior of the room had been recently renovated so everything looked fairly new.
I found the whole hotel (my room included) to have the faint scent of chlorine due to the indoor swimming pool. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great either. The breakfast that was included was not too splashy but nice enough. The location was within walking distance of a Safeway and a handful of fast food places, so that was convenient when it came to food. People working at the front desk were incredibly friendly. If you need to stay in the Portland area and want to save a bit of money, this isn’t a bad choice at all.

The hotel was nice enough, pool was good — but the breakfast room is ridiculously small and the Internet is SLOW. I tried to download a movie to watch with my daughter on the plane. Started the download in the evening and it still wasn’t done by morning. Yikes!
They also wouldn’t give us the points toward a $ 50 gift card because we booked through AAA and not the hotel directly. But the folks at the front desk were all wearing
lanyards.

Average hotel. Okay cleanliness (Dad found a half eaten bagel with cream cheese on the floor of our room). Other than that the room was clean and nicely vacuumed. Hot tub was hot but the jets were weirdly positioned as they hit just below your spine and just above your butt (not your back?!). There’s only enough jets for three people and no jets for your feet. Shower was good! Great pressure and temperature. Free wifi and breakfast. Full breakfast with sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, fruit, etc!
