This restaurant has a nice lunch menu, good burgers, Reuben’s, and fish and chips. The people are nice too! Prices are very fair.

I came here with my toddler son a small we were both starving. We were put in a side room with no other customers. I requested a booster seat. I read the menu, a ton of emails, played motorcycles with my son and colored the kids menu. Finally the server came back with the booster seat and coffee that I didn’t not order.(Took close to 10 minutes). And even though I was obviously ready to order she said she would be back to take my order. This time I kept track and it took me another 7 minutes of being ignored before getting up and leaving. Good thing I had crackers in the car for my son.

Went to the Peachtree restaurant with my daughter and husband and have not gone back. The food was not very good and our waitress decided to ignore my daughter and myself opting instead to flirt with my husband. While, i know that flirting by waitresses is common, this waitress was just rude when she decided to ignored the one person who decides on how much tip to leave. So my daughter and myself went without a refill on our drinks… the whole meal. Now, i can ignore some things but after we had eaten as much as we cared to eat… we were never offered pie! How can you be a pie house and not offer your customer’s pie? So, we left there. thirsty, still hungry, very disappointed, and with no pies!

Years ago, this was a good place to eat with fair prices. It’s 2016 and boy have things changed, and not for the better. Let me go into some more details: now, I know how much coffee costs in bulk, and Peachtree’s coffee is your basic run-of-the-mill generic stuff, served up from a large stainless decanter left on your own table top. So now, they charge $ 2.35 per cup(this includes your very own refills), and somehow, someway, they are keeping track every time you fill your cup from the decanter on you table… What? Yep — price gouging for junk coffee! And another thing that I think is wrong is if you have kids, and they«eat free» on the specified weekday kids specials, they don’t remove the kid’s meals from the ticket until after they ring up the sum total of the meals, and then add state sales tax, for a «tip total», then they subtract the kids meal from the tab. Again, shady business practices and squeezing every dollar out of the paying customer. Well, not this customer, and not anymore. I live in Hazel Dell, and I will no longer spread any good word of mouth advertising to the Peachtree.

This place is close to my office and they serve up a decent breakfast. They have lunch and dinner entrees as well but I have always had breakfast. This is a diner style restaurant but it is nice inside. It has a slightly more upscale décor than many similar establishments. The food is pretty good and the service is usually good too. The place is quiet during the week and busier on weekends. If you want a quick place to grab some breakfast and maybe chat some business during the work week, this could be ideal.

This is reliable diner food, better than a truck stop and more variety than Applebys. They are clearing have a rough time bringing people in the door most weeknights: I assume the lack of wine/beer is part of the problem, because the food is(mostly) made from scratch and the service is friendly and efficient. We usually get their special or the Ceasar Salad. Tonight’s special was a ridiculously large steak(maybe 10 ounces), two eggs, three pancakes, and a pile of hashbrowns. I wish I can say I didn’t eat it all, but I hadn’t eaten all day, and it was better than average food. Not OMG we must eat here again, but quite good. My wife had her standby Clam Chowder(Excellent flavor/texture), and a Ceasar Salad. Friend had liver and onions with crispy fries(«very good») and kids had the burgers. Both of them left happy and nobody had room for dessert. We’ll be back next week. Reasonable prices, and kids eat free(with an adult entrée) from Wed to Sunday.

I would give it no stars if I could. This place has THEEWORST customer service! We waited for a table for like 7 – 8 min.(which is totally fine and normal since it’s busy). We sat down, and we waited a little over 20min for them to come take our order. It got less busy during that 20min. We ended up just getting up and leaving. They have the worst customer service.

for american diner style food it was great, we had very good service, my breakfast was flawless including the crunchy hash browns I requested. my companions spinach chicken was a chicken breast topped with melted cheese and fresh sauteed spinach, the green beans were also fresh sauteed with onions and bacon, even the bread was personal style load of bread fresh from the oven. i am sorry for those that have had bad experiences here, or maybe we just got lucky, but this is our new go to place for americana dining.

The omelet was the perfect proportion, and the hash browns were nice and crispy! Good service, good food.

We came here on a Sunday for brunch table for five we were not greeted at the door my children were not offered kids menus. The waitress if you want to call her that her name is Debbie was horrible. When the bill came we mention that kids eat free on Sundays as the sign says the waitress Debbie said that the children did not order from the kids menu keep in mind we were never given a kids menu I told my daughters ages 11 and 9 to just tell the waitress what they wanted to eat since they had no menu to look at. We were then told we could not use our coupon because we did not order two drinks we were never offered drinks we all had water. Debbie needs to retire or find a different job she is obviously unhappy the owner came and addressed it with us and it if not for him we would never go back. After this experience they deserve not even a one star but I had no choice but to give them a one star. .

Good service. Mediocre food – very bland(I think they’re afraid of even salting any of their food because of the large elderly population that frequents this small chain); the food is nothing close to being on par with Shari’s or Elmer’s. I made the mistake of coming here thinking it was still a Shari’s.

This has become my favorite place for breakfast. The service is always friendly and personal and the food is quite good. My wife is also a regular for lunch and loves the place. The«everything» omelet was excellent with fresh vegetables and flavorful sausage. It came with hashbrowns and pancakes which were both cooked perfectly. This restaurant is run by a family and you can expect personal service. We are on first name basis with just about everyone there and they always greet us like we are family members. The impression from the parking lot is not good and I would never even enter the place from appearance alone. The interior is slightly run down, but overlook all the appearances and enjoy the staff and the food.

Won’t be back. Service fine. Breakfast was not. Left disappointed and complained. Food really was horrible. Iv never asked for food to be comped before. Was given a 5.00 coupon and I told them it wasnt good enough. They had to throw out the pancake batter it was so bad. Was a bad experience and I dont see this peach tree restaurant staying open long. I will never go back to this location again.

Beware. French onion soup is boxed Lipton, vegetables were over cooked canned and the berry pie so poor i asked for it to take it off my bill and they said«that’s not necessary it’s free pie day». oh my… Just glad I was testing the new neighborhood restaurant to see if my husband would like it! He wouldn’t

@Ed K you must be an idiot to think you’re going to get«prime grade beef» anywhere but at a premium steak house, at a premium price as well. You say the service was good, particularly for a party of twenty and then award one star. They’re probably glad ingrates such as yourself won’t come back. The food and prices are reasonable. Actually, the pie is outrageously good! My wife gave it the highest praise by saying the crust reminded her of her grandma’s. It doesn’t get any better than that. As to the rest of the food, that will have to wait for our next visit, since our sole purpose for this one was dessert. No doubt though, we will be back. They have multiple specials throughout the week and if our dessert was an indicator as to how good the food was, then I can’t wait to try something else off their menu.

The service was fantastic… My server was Jennifer. The owner was a complete douche bag… Food was poor… Will never ever go there again! What a joke.

We have eaten here a couple of times. Food is ok — everything tasted good, I just wouldn’t seek it out. Service was good, they were very attentive.

As the description for 1 star says, «Eek! Methinks not.» I had the misfortune of being part of a group of approx. 20 for dinner. Service was actually pretty decent, especially considering the size of our party. Our server(«Villary», I believe) did a good job of keeping orders straight & drinks full. On the other hand, the food was just, well, not at all good. My wife ordered one of their specials for the evening — prime rib, medium. Under-seasoned, over-cooked, and definitely not prime grade beef. Yeah, I know… WHAT was she thinking, ordering«prime rib» at a place that appeared to be just slightly above the average greasy spoon on the culinary scale? I ordered something I thought would be a good test — meatloaf dinner. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes w/gravy, and steamed vegetables. The veggies were unevenly steamed. The broccoli & cauliflower were still very crunchy while the yellow squash, zucchini, and carrots were mushy. The potatoes were painfully bland. I doubt if the cook even thought of adding salt, pepper, or ANYTHING to add flavor. Their gravy was obviously from a mix.(Inexcusable for any real cook.) And, the worst item was the meatloaf. The only seasoning I could taste was salt. Even though there were large, visible pieces of onion, I couldn’t taste anything besides salty ground beef. Considering our 19-year old son cooks better meatloaf & mashed potatoes than the Peach Tree Restaurant & Pie House sells for $ 11.95, we won’t bother going back.
