Jay’s Restaurant and Lounge

I usually go to jays to play pool and hangout with friends. They have good tables and pool cues, the service is decent. I’ve always had a good time at jays weither it’s playing pool or drinking a beer. Not to much drama which is nice.

My favorite neighborhood hangout for when I just want to relax and have a good time. The service is friendly and their bartenders make delicious drinks, although not a lot beats their burgers and a beer! Good music and pool tables too.

Came here at 7:30 today. A group of 4. We wanted food and drinks. We got ignored. What a joke of a place. Nobody even said hello. After 20 minutes we went to Oscars. Where they want our business.

Good bar. A little divey. Perfect place to stop after work and get a beer with your buddy. Low prices, friendly and fast bartender (always the same one when I go), and decently clean.
Plus, the Reuben is really good. Surprisingly good

My boyfriend and I go to jays fairly often, mainly because it is close to our house. They have above average bar food. We really enjoy the burgers/​Tator tots, the chef salad, and I’ve heard the nachos are amazing. pool tables are nice and they have a few other games as well as karaōke (quite a few talented singers come in, and they’re always tolerant if you aren’t great lol.) my only complaints are that occasionally they will pour mixed drinks sickeningly strong, and on Friday/​Saturdays they tend to be packed with a louder crowd. The bartenders tend to be nice and fairly observant, although if you’re sitting by the pool tables and they’re busy, expect to have to go up to the bar for service.

A great neighborhood spot with a lot of TV’s and a few pool tables, darts, and games. Good food, decent prices. Bartenders are great. I like coming here during the day sometimes when they are playing good music just to use the wifi and have some lunch. Highly recommend.

Went for new years, music was loud, energy was mediocre, drink was poorly made. Ignored by bartender, and they were rude. Gonna try a different bar next time.

Jays is a great neighborhood bar. They have three pool tables, some dart boards and a place to dance or sing karaōke if that’s your thing. Joelle is the nicest lady. She has great customer service skills. She is definitely one of the reasons we come in Sundays for pool. The food is decent bar food, can’t really complain about it. My only complaint would be the sound system. Sometimes the volume is up way too loud in the back of the place where the pool tables are. The people in the front don’t notice because they aren’t so close to the speakers but if you are trying to play pool on a Sunday when the football games are going it’s definitely too loud in there.

We tried this place 2 times just to make sure it wasn’t an off day or something. Unfortunately I will not be going back — both times my order was messed up, the food was way overcooked and the service takes forever.

It’s a bar. One very fine bartender. Many fine drinks! karaōke almost every time i’ve been in. Still cool though! The food is typical bar food with a lot of options.
