I took my son here because I suspected he had an ear infection. I was so impressed. We were the last appointment of the day but I didn’t feel they rushed us or cut corners. The doctor and the medical assistant were so great with my 3 year old. I liked them better then our normal pediatrician! This is a great facility and I will continue to use their services.

I agree with the slow part but they got the job done. I thought I might have a case of ‘Swimmer’s Ear’ or something so off I went. Once they finally got to me, the procedure itself was pretty quick. It turned out that swimming had forced the accumulating wax into my ear far enough to produce discomfort. I’m quite sure that condition has nothing to do with spending the last 40 years standing 18″ from a speaker tower. First, they draped a small towel over my shoulder. Next, they had me balance a kidney-shaped dish on my shoulder. Next, they filled up a syringe with a solution of hydrogen peroxide and warm water. BTW, the syringe was about the size of my leg. Then they put the tip of the syringe about a half-inch from my ear. Next thing I know, a huge roaring sound filled the inside of my head. Then they displayed the results. EEEWWWWWWWWWW! I had enough wax in my ear to Simonize an aircraft carrier. Madame Tussaud probably has me on speed-dial. Finally, I got the«As you get older» boilerplate from the doctor. These days, I get that one quite often.

Super slow. No body(patients) here but us. Long wait in the lobby. Long wait in the room. With all the other urgent care places opening up around here… next time ill try somewhere else. Where’s the doc? Taking a nap? Visiting with co-workers? Idk?
