Ego maniac bouncers ruined my experience here I will never come back or refer anyone to this terrible establishment

This place was great! Starting out with the security and men at the door… To the people behind the bar… To the bouncers. They were all amazing! The food was AMAZING, we all tried each other’s … And it was all delicious!
We felt safe there, which was one of our concerns… Especially being all girls! The bouncers kept their eye out for us the entire time, and we’re super respectful! What a great experience we had… I would recommend this establishment to anyone!!!

Do not go here!!! I went to this establishment on Halloween and my friend purchased a beer. Since it was close to closing they insisted that he chug it or they would take take his beer. I was helping him drink it and the bouncer with a beard grabs him and starts shoving him and then grabbed him by the neck and threw him out the door violently. I felt this was inappropriate and started to complain to the bouncers at the door while my friend was asking for his items back. The bouncers then got in my face while I was on the sidewalk and said «if you’re upset do something about it» I said «I’m not here to fight anyone and I’m not in your establishment and I have every right to complain» then three bouncers kept getting closer and followed us down the block as we were walking away, my friend who got thrown out had to threaten to call the police to get them to leave us alone. It is extremely inappropriate bouncers lay there hands on patrons with no warnings and then try to goad them into a fight.

Last night ordered a beer before closing and walked back to the table. 3 bouncers in 4 minutes told me to chug my beer I explained to them I’m not going to pound a ipa but I would finish it quickly. One bouncer ripped it out of my hands assaulted me by grabbing the back of my neck and threw me out the door and told me to try and hit him while insulting me provoking a fight. I explained to another bouncer that I would need my wallet jacket and hat. They retrieved it for me but insisted on trying to get my friends and I to hit them so they could in turn legally assault us. I told them that they are out of line and asked if I needed to call the police if they could not control themselves.
I have never had this sort of unprofessional and aggressive behavior from not one but multiple bouncers. I do not recommend this place and I feel they would have no problem having you arrested for an assault they provoked or started. I will be asking for a transcript of their incident report.

What a cool place! Awesome vibe, great staff and best of all, stiff drinks! They just opened and I absolutely love everyone that works here. If you want the best and friendliest bar in Vancouver… This is it! They made a customer for life!

well I must say, I have read some pretty biased reviews about this place. We went here because our original place fell through. I came in pretty nervous and thought things were going to go badly at first when only 2 people were working. But as the night went on, the staff and crowd increased 10 fold. Trey and Ed were awesome and hilarious! They tended to our every need along with other wait staff. They had various good spirited bouncers walking around. I think we arm wrestled every male employee there. It was a smashing good time! the mozzarella sticks were so delicious, and the fries were also. We told Trey what flavor we wanted and he whipped up the most SCRUMPTIOUS drinks ever!!!
Bathroom was clean, dishes were clean, speedy service, shocked at the good prices! For 4 drinks and mozzarella sticks was only $ 36.

Well that was some deja vu. It’s the same as it always was with a slight facelift. Obnoxious music and sub par food for the extremely young 20 something crowd.

I am very excited to have a new bar in downtown like 6^th west. Great ambiance, incredible place to catch a ball game, great vibe and music, all around my new favorite in vancouver hands down!

This place just opened up with new ownership and new renovations. Great beer selection, HUGE TV’s, great sound system. If you need something to do in downtown Vancouver this place is a must.
