Been ordering from here for a long time and putting up with the rudeness and poor customer service because of the food, but the food has been recently declining in quality as well and delivery is taking longer and longer, over an hour at least is the norm now. Decided finally to write because the food is no longer worth putting up with being treated like crap! The driver is nice, but the person on the phone, which I was told is the owner or the manager, is the rudest ever. Talks as if he is doing you a favor, never a greeting or good by or a thank you. Cuts you off… anyway, if you call there you already now what I’m talking about. I will not order from there anymore and neither will any of my co-​workers.

Absolutely LOVE this place.
An EXTRA LARGE pepperoni pizza for just under $ 10 and its cooked perfectly, you can’t beat it!
I haven’t tried anything else, yet. Mainly because I come here for the pizza specifically, but I wouldn’t doubt their other food is fantastic, too.

I never leave reviews but I have to for Royal Pizza it’s like Zankou with really good pizza! I’ve had their pizza twice a chicken plate and a shwarma plate with fries instead of rice. All of it has been amazing!!! Juicy tasty chicken, crispy fries, fresh ingredients, this place is GREAT!

I love, love, love their kachapouri! I make sure not to eat to save my appetite.
It’s Jordanian cheese pizza topped with a choice of two or three sunny side up eggs.
I like to poke me eggs and spread the yolk.
Top it with chili flakes and MUAH! You are good to go.
When I enter though, no acknowledgement at all whatsoever… Ugh!!! Minus 1 star!

Such an unpleasant food order i have never encountered.
Ordered a pizza thru the phone. A very rude guy answered and talked to me like im asking him for a huge favor. After deciding to go thru with the order anyways i waited for 50 min untill i finaly decided to call and check whats going on.
Again, the rude guy answered arguing with me that i didnt order the pizza almost an hour ago, not offering compensation or anything and on top of it all after i asked so how long will it take for the pizza to arrive he told me another 15 – 20 min.
Thanks, but no thanks.
Cancelled my order and will not recomend or order from there again.

The worst restaurant! Been there over 5 times and every single time they have messed up my order. Horrible service. I ask for something and they always mess it up give me something else. Never going back. That was my last chance.

The Greek vegetarian pizza is delicious! The salty toppings with the sweet sauce were perfect. The crust was nice and chewy, and it also came with a side of pickled jalapeños and ranch which just added to the awesomeness. Customer service was straight forward and I had no issues.
I would definitely come here again.

About $ 10 for extra large pizza (which is a normal large IMO). Very good, very fresh.

This is really good pizza at a low price. It is located next to Barone’s Italian restaurant which has really good pizza too. I think Royal pizza is better.

Absolutely amazing place! I got pizzas here, so can’t say anything about other items. But it is one of the best pizzas in the Valley!!! Service can be, eeh… Not great at times. But it’s better than other chain pizza places.
ALSO, please watch the price, they like to overcharge by a dollar or two, depending on what you order.

Literally just walked out of there after ordering a pizza for pickup with no pizza. The pizza was made with the wrong toppings which caused the gentleman at the counter to argue with me about how I ordered it wrong. One of the other workers was handed the pizza and began to top it with the ingredients I ordered despite what was already on the pizza. Wait what??? I asked him if he could remake it and I was promptly told «no» because I ordered incorrectly the first time. Getting more upset by the second, I asked for a refund and was told «no». Several attempts for a refund was met with more and more disgust and «no’s» from the gentleman. Apparently, I shouldn’t have been asking for a refund. I walked out without a pizza and $ 10 less in my pocket. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I wish their food was bad. There food is great but their business sucks! I just called for a delivery and it’s 7 pm, mind you they don’t close till ten and guess what no more deliveries for the day. I’ve ordered a lot from this place and I love the delivery driver but the guy that answers the phone is a dick. I’m giving up on this delicious hole in the wall. I’m guessing they have something else to keep them

For our outreach events, pizza is usually the go to food for the large group of volunteers. The use of Unilocal to help find local businesses is what we usually rely on and this was no exception.
Royal Pizza was open early and deliver locally, which is always a plus to feed the hungry helpers after a couple hours of walking. Pizzas were very reasonably priced, (about $ 7 for large one topping pizza) especially on our budget. We ordered a variety from a fully loaded veggie to bbq chicken (my fave) of the bunch.
Since there was a little of each left over I made sure to take a slice of each to try (don’t judge me!). All the pizzas were evenly sauced and full of toppings (other places sometimes skimp out). I really loved how cheesy each slice was as well.
So if you are looking for yummy pizza then Royal is the place to go! We will probably use them again if we plan other event in the area!
