I can’t even give this McDonald’s a star. First off, the employees here are extremely rude !!! When I informed them my food was cold and asked for a supervisor; she said– give the food back and she will refund my money– she didn’t even try to correct the problem !! Then when I requested the owners name and number– she said — look on the receipt and told me Never come back !!! Very rude and unprofessional!!! I will never go here again and I am reporting them to consumer affairs

Worst McDonald’s ever! They raise their prices, do not let you order what you want exactly, and worst customer service ever. Management and employees are rude and don’t have proper training. They told me I could not have any more napkins because they had already given me 3 previously and told me the same thing about ketchup. I didn’t know a customer can only have a certain amount of ketchup and napkins. Avoid going to this McDonald’s if possible.

This is the worst MCD. They had my breakfast order wrong and drinks order wrong several times. Fries are usually room temperature. The prices for MCD has gone up but quality and services have gone down. I can get a better breakfast and lunch for the same amount of money. I am sick of MCD and will not spend another dollar at MCD. I hope people will stop going to MCD so that Corp MCD will wake up. Fire those who are rude and incompetent.

I went to a McDonalds on Sepulveda & Sherman Way in Van Nuys. I ordered my usual burger, a McDouble, no mustard, no ketchup, no pickles, and substitute Big Mac sauce. Not only have they raised the price of the burger to $ 1.49 from .99(I can live with that) they wanted to charge .55 for the Big Mac sauce that was previously free. If they charge .55 for a little smear, then they can make $ 100 – 200 per gallon of this sauce depending how thin they spread it. I sent a complaint to the corporate office and I get a reply that provided no answers why they were doing this. I sent a message back stating my displeasure with the franchisee’s cheapness and how it drove away a 50 year customer(me). The area manager sent a smart assed response to someone and somehow CC’d me. Now we can see how McDonald’s upper management feels about complaints and the people who make them. I was having the big mac sauce instead of the mustard, ketchup, and pickles. Surely the mustard, ketchup, and pickles are the same cost as the big mac sauce. At .55 cents per squirt of big mac sauce you must be making more than a hundred dollars per gallon of this sauce. Like I told corporate, while I have eaten at your stores, I see people asking for water cups and then helping themselves to free soda. People use their own cups because no one watches the soda machines. Some people will bring in a used McDonalds cup and drink free soda. You are losing more money from people stealing soda than you would by not charging for big mac sauce. As I stated in my email to corporate, I have been a customer for over 50 years and since that incident I have not been back and I won’t be back. I will go to Carl’s Jr or jack in the box before I will eat at your place again and that goes for my family. Carl’s Jr does not try to nickel and dime you for condiments. So this is what you think of the people that make your job possible? Wait until I post this on my Facebook page. Let the public see what you really think of customers and their complaints. Complaints that you feel do not even deserve an explanation of why you charge for condiments instead of just saying«The extra charge is correct» Would you accept that explanation from your car mechanic if there was an extra charge on your bill for something that was previously FREE? I am sick of these corporations treating us like crap and acting like we should be GREATFULL they are even doing business with us. There are too many other places that will be glad for my dining out dollars. I don’t expect McDonalds to kiss my ass or give me free stuff but I don’t expect them to nickel and dime me for everything. If I asked for a different sauce than what comes on a burger at In N Out, Carl’s Jr, Jack in the Box or any other place you would get it without any hesitation, even extra onions, tomatoes, or lettuce. The franchisee will let hookers and pimps sit in their restaurant and allow other bad behavior(that drives away customers) and act like we are fortunate to be allowed to do business with them. My 50 year history with these vultures is done.

I been a loyal McDonalds customer since my happy meals days, I’m so disappointed and hurt on the poor customer service the manager Xochil disgusting, rude, and ignorant attitude, not to mention Martin follows her lead. I order a 20 piece of chicken nuggets fresh made through drive thru, in less then 10 seconds when I got to 2nd window they had my order ready, I already know it takes at least 3 min and 30 seconds to make, I checked the nuggets and before I was done explaining to Martin my Nuggets where not freshly made like I asked, The manager Xochil pops up interrupting yes they are I made them my self, I had to explain to her you are kiting to the wrong person my nuggets are super dark and I bit one In front of her to show her fresh nuggets are hot. Next she will make the nuggets fresh and it will take 7 minutes to cook, she obviously lied, so I said to her why are you lying how evil can you be. She asked me do you want to come back here and see I’m not lying, without hesitation I said yes, I went and park, went inside McDonalds then she said I’m just gonna give you your money back, my respond to that was hold up you invited me in here why don’t you show me what you said you would do, The manager called for security because she had just been expose of a lie when all you had to do in the first place was be professional and honest instead you made a fool out of your self. After she called security I pretty much explain real quick to him what she had done and he just shook his head and apologize so he was professional to apologize for their own manager store. I felt so violated I have requested McDonald to review the video April 29, 20155:20pm to witness the poor customer service that is being service to our community in the city of Van Nuys. It is wrong and needs to be corrected. If we don’t speak up our voice can’t be heard. With all this said I’m wishing McDonalds will value it’s customers and provide professional training for customer service.

The location makes this McDonald’s a tough place to enjoy. The people that work here are great but the homeless population and the drug addicts make it unappealing. Add to the fact that some guy walked in and started cussing at the employees made me pack up and leave.

Happy meal comes in a doggy bag, they always mess up order, no condiment unless you ask, I ordered a deluxe breakfast and the sausage was missing, no stirer for the coffee amd the list goes on.

These people at this McDonalds are super stingy! You need to if you can stay away from here. Unless that is if you don’t mind getting crappy service. I been here oh about 4 or 5 times so far. Most of the time it’s in the drive thru so we can get a receipt for the car wash. Cause you get a better deal off there wash. Now that car wash by them is alright but this McDonald’s is something else! Twice I went in to eat. First time this was some time ago I wanted an ice cream Sunday. They ring it up and it came out to I think $ 1.29. And I said Hey its 99 cents they say no its $ 1.29 now. I pointed to their menu that still has it for one dollar. And said well you forgot to change the sign so you should give it to me at the advertised price. The lady just rolled her eyes at me and said next to the next person in line! So freakin rude! And the last time yesterday I went in and order the chicken nuggets. And fries Now the food there is ok just like other McDonalds’s the problem is there service. But I got a cup of water. And I have some of those crystal light pouches to flavor water with ice tea etc. so I made mine with the water. Then I was approached at my table. This time a guy said you need to pay for that Drink! I am calling the cops right now unless you pay I explain to him it was the Crystal light. He said no and actually used bad language telling me to get out and don’t come back or he is going to call the cops! I called the Corporate McDonalds’s but this place is a franchise so they make up their own rules. Man this McDonald’s is so rude I almost fell like crying they was so mean to me it upset my whole day! =o(

I went there today at 10:58 am, and two different people refused to serve me lunch. Really?! It’s two minutes! I offered to wait, but they wouldn’t even take my order! Ridiculous! Haven’t they ever seen the movie«Falling Down»? I went to the other McDonalds a half mile away and got lunch at 11:05, and the person in front of me got breakfast at the same time. Why is the Sepulveda & Sherman Way location the only ones that are refusing service?
