Subway

I come to this subway only because it’s conveniently located a few blocks from my job. I have had good and bad service here it varies. I notice that some of the employees can be stingy when it comes to the sandwich topings, and if you ask for more they want to charge extra for it. I also once experienced one of the employees trying to flirt with me while I waited for my sandwich which made me feel very uncomfortable. Today my boyfriend went to this subway to pick up my sandwich while I was at work. When he came to my work and handed it to me it felt really light so I opened to look at it and I couldn’t believe it. It was just bread with meat deli on it. I had to leave work, just to go tell them to add the toppings they failed to add on my sandwich in the first place. I can’t believe they would charge someone 6 dollars and change for bread with just meat on it. It looked gross! My boyfriend thought it was his fault and even asked the lady if he needed to pay anything extra. The lady looked at him with a serious face and said $ 2 dollars. I wasn’t sure if she was joking or not, but I told him in front of her «she’s joking, let’s leave» and we did. I still like subway, just not this location.

Let me start off by saying I have gone to many Subway’s and have received great service, but for some reason when I come to this one I seem to get good service randomly. Don’t get me wrong majority of the workers here are good and provide service with a smile and make you feel welcome.
This last time I went to this location I had a coupon for buy one six inch and a drink and the second six inch would be free. The employee looked at the coupon and was ready to go but when she showed the coupon to the manager named Alexia (based on the name that was on the receipt and she rung me up) She looked at the employee with this bitter look and said don’t accept the coupon. I have no idea why she would do that especially since the coupon was not expired and was not specific to a single location. She did not even have the audacity to come and tell me why she wouldn’t accept it. I felt really embarrassed by the treatment I received.
When she rung me up she looked at me and said «Would you like something to drink with that?» She had this tone as if she was trying to mock me. I hope I don’t run into her again. I will say this if I walk into the store again and I see her I will turn around and walk right out. Their are plenty of places to eat around this area and I am sure they would appreciate my business. This is not about saving a couple of dollars, but the bad service that I received. I believe a good customer service training is in order.

I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. have one of the girls make your sandwich unless you like everything in the middle. have one of the sloppy guys make it if you like 90% of your bites with bread only. fcking subway. can we just do it ourselves already?

This subway is a good subway. Clean store and always several employees there to take your order and assist you. I usually come in the early mornings and the service is fast and prompt, especially if I am in a hurry.
They always tell me about the specials and deals they have so they’re definitely not trying to take advantage of anyone.
The staff are fairly nice and helpful. Parking is usually okay too in the mornings and I haven’t had any issues yet. It’s a good place to come for breakfast and lunch to-​go, especially if you are in a hurry.

I love subway is very heathy and there soups

So my previous review about this one subway location was maybe giving them to much credit. came here about a week ago and well my experience wasnt very pleasent. well first of we got there around 8:30 and they were already mopping the floors and cleaning there sign said closes @ 10pm. so im really not sure why he was even cleaning as soon as we stepped in there we were leaving foot prints everywhere and instead of holding off for us to complete our order and he stood right behind us and kept cleaning were we had initally stepped. Now, im definitely not the type to be rude and step everywhere but this dude was bugging me! ha! «/​anyway, we got what we came for. the staff is not the best staff, not friendly at all!
