Domino’s Pizza

Always order here since I was a kid. They take a while to deliver so I usually order on the app and pick up within 15 mins and it’s always ready.

I got the worst service from here. I will defiantly be contacting the manager. Food was cold, driver forgot to bring my drink and he brought it 1 ½ later. Bread bites had no flavor. I don’t know what the hell happened

By far, by far, the absolute worst delivery for any Domino’s Pizza ever. Placed the order at 3:52 PM and I am sitting waiting at 6:21 PM and still no order has been delivered. I called them twice and they told me my order was on the way. I checked the app and the app said my order was already delivered. Absolute liars. Never ever ordering from these liars again.

The very first time I ordered from them food was good but I recieved no napkins, or none of the sauces that I paid an extra 50 cent for. I don’t waste my time requesting stuff that I want or pay for for you not to give it to me

Very hungry and upset, just one of those nights I didn’t want to go back out.
I placed online order at 8:20pm for Chicken Alfredo Pasta and Stuffed Cheesy Bread.
I waited in my door at 8:30pm and called the store twice to be to told the driver left and was on his way. The driver showed up at 9:55pm.
I won’t order from this Dominos again.

Let’s be honest, Domino’s is nothing to write home about. That being said it should really be an easy process. This is regarding my experience on 7÷27÷15. I ordered online for delivery using their site application which allows you to put toppings on half sides. I needed a half cheese, half no cheese pizza. After placing my order they called me to ask if I wanted cheese or no cheese. Calling to clarify is appreciated. «Half cheese and half no cheese» I say. Response: «We can’t do that». Yet, your site says you can. Any decent pizzeria is capable of making pizza to your specification but since Domino’s is no longer Domino’s Pizza I guess I’m asking for too much.
Here’s the issue, if your site has it as an option than you are able to give me what I’ve asked for. Telling me that the cheese melts doesn’t sound like a valid excuse unless your conveyor belt isn’t balanced. The result is that I am not able to accommodate those that I am feeding which is unfair to them and me.
At the end of the day. No one likes when simple things don’t go simply. I’m disappointed.
Will I order here again? I’ll think twice. #pizzahut

I have been comming here for years.
They have great service. I usually order online and then pick it up. Most of the time (late nights) I let them deliver my food.
I have never had a problem ordering from this location. When I order to pick up, the food is always made on time. And when ordering online, they are always accurate.
The delivery guys are always so kind, and I cannot help, but be super generous with the tip :) .
Good store. Good people. Great pizza.

We sometimes order from this place. Customer service is excellent, all seems to look hard workers. The taste is ok. Just regular domino pizza.

The Valley Stream location is a utter joke, every time I order from here it’s always something. I finally decided that today was my last time ordering from Dominos.
Employees are impatient and the food is basic. I don’t to order food because I love the taste and the quality of home cook food, and this further made me want to eat cereal. I ordered wings 14 for 11.49 then with the mystery Dominos tax it became 15.43. I ordered at 830pm and my food came at 10:17pm. The delivery guy came up to me and asked for tip as if I ordered 30 minutes ago when I ordered 2 hours ago. I forgot I even ordered. I looked at him and gave him exactly for $ 15.43 in disgust.
With my stomach rumbling, I decided to eat the food and try to relax. I took a bite of the chicken and started laughing. I grabbed my phone and called Papa John’s and told the guy «I understand why Papa John’s gets so much respect and Dominos creates commercials apologizing for their business.» I ordered food from Papa Johns and it came in 20 mins later (the Papa John’s location is in Baldwin) and the quality was way better.

Hit or miss.
First of all. This whole staff needs refurbishing. Their patience is non existent.
They always skimp me out on cheese on my pasta. I don’t get it. If I’m paying for extra cheese, why skimp me out on it? –_​–
I only order from here when I have no other options.

I order from here a lot, sometimes once a week depending on my mood. While Domino’s doesn’t provide the best pizza ever, it does provide great pizza for a great price.
I would definitely suggest ordering online for good deals.
Delivery is always timely and consistent. There’s a time slip once every other blue moon, but they don’t make a habit of it, so it’s great in my opinion.
Overall, in terms of delivery, I think this Domino’s is very, very good.

The worst dominos in the area. The customer service is horrible; DO NOT order delivery from this location! There is low quality control on the food, the phone etiquette is deplorable, and they frequently mess up orders.
It’s that bad that while I prefer the Dominos brand, I’m switching to the Papa Johns down the road for delivery. If you want to avoid a headache over a simple delivery order, patronize your local brick oven pizza or Papa Johns in the Valley Stream/​Rosedale area.

Solid location, but the parking here is atrocious if you’re looking to do a carry-​out. Meters all over Merrick Road. Side streets have plenty of restrictions.
Otherwise, decently made pizza at this particular branch!

Dominos is always good for hangover delivery. Chicken, spinach and feta on thin crust!
