I got lost in Vallejo and ate here. This location is near Century and Old Navy. It is not even far from Costco. What is good is that it is next to Jamba Juice. This sandwich over there are amazing. I love toasted subs.

After reading the reviews of this place, I was not sure if I wanted to come here, but I figured I didn’t have much to lose.
Anyway, I got a chicken carbonara sandwich here for lunch the other day and it was very delicious. I came back a few days later and got the cheesesteak, and that too was delicious.
This place got a new owner in September and really turned it around! Its clean, they have drawings for ipads, and the employees were friendly.
Give this place a shot, the new management deserves your business!

Came back again this week for my favorite Italian Sub. Since my last visit, the store was remodeled and there are several new items on the menu. The place is clean and the friendly staff makes you feel welcome. Yea, I know it is a chain Sub Shop, but this is one of the best Quiznos’ I have been in.
UPDATE: This place closed. It seems the shopping center was charging too high rent and the shop didn’t make enough.

This is a 2 star location, but I’m giving them 3 stars simply for the incredibly friendly check out guy today. He was clearly feeling a little christmas time lunch rush stress, but was jovial, upbeat, and very attentive.
Customer service can really make the difference.
This location looks disheveled, disorganized, and really needs a makeover, but for a quick 5 minute in and out order with a super friendly guy helping out — it was a good experience.

I was in the area and had a taste for a sub so decided to stop in. I ordered the Honey Bourbon Chicken sub and the chili. I was pleasantly surprised how good the sub was — lots of chicken and veggies and the sauce has a bit of a spicy side. Loved it. The chili was also very good and served nice and hot. There is lots of parking since it’s located in a shopping area and near the theaters. The restaurant and restroom were clean and well-​maintained. I definitely recommend and would stop by again when I’m in the area.

I really don’t understand why every time I come to this location my soup, no matter what it is, comes out really watery, unlike other locations. I tried to complain and the lady said she would try to make it thicker, but it came out looking like the same watery product. They said its because the soup is thick after 2 days old. If this is true, then that’s pretty sick because the other locations make their soups really thick. However, I could care less. it just tastes better, and as long as I don’t get sick, I suppose it will do. They’re nice but maybe I’m just jinxed at this location.

They don’t take coupons and they’re not very gracious either. While checking out we were told they do not accept coupons. Obviously, they could set up a sign that says we don’t accept any corporate coupons or maybe even take the coupon as a courtesy since we did not know. Either way most likely won’t come due to horrible customer service along with the stingy manager/owner’s take on the whole coupon ordeal.

The stores have no clue about the coupon offers from their website. Went with a free sub coupon and was told «we do not accept those coupons today». While another hand written piece of paper stuck on the counter said «Coupons are only valid of for signature subs». When asked why one and not the other, the response was: «I only work here».
Quiznos sucks… period.

Bad service, dirty and the worst soggy sandwich I’ve every had. Once I called asking for the manager. I was told there is no manager so I asked to speak to whoever was in charge. The kid said to someone else «uh who’s in charge» the other worker replied «you are» I hung up. Once before that I stood in line while they were doing there shift change no one was helping me. The owner was standing next to me talking to someone else about marketing stratagies to increase business. Try good customer service.

I don’t like Quiznos (!), and let me tell you why:
You order your sandwich with one person, and then another person puts the hot stuff on it (or the stuff that’s meant to be toasted). After your sandwich is run through the toaster, yet ANOTHER person puts the cold stuff on it.
The things I really care about being or not being on my sandwich are the cold things, and by the time it gets to that point, I’ve lost track of where I am, what I got, what I need, who I am. Please can I have one person make my sandwich, so I can tell you up front, when I order, what I want and don’t want? Please?
I would even give up my Mmmm Toasty. I guess that means Subway or Togos for me…
