The place is always clean. I love when the servers say«Its my pleasure». Its very inviting, and warm. I guess you wouldn’t expect that from a fast food chain, but hey I will definitely be back.

It’s honestly not that great. The chicken isn’t what I had expected. The hype was too overblown. Milkshakes are really good though.

I find this owner does not care about handicap people as the parking for them is not close to the front door. He also does not care about senior citizens as he wont give them free drink like the ones in Fairfield and Walnut Creek.

Went to drive thru at 11:21am & they tell me they have no chicken«down» & I’ll have to wait in parking lot for my sandwich… Are you not a chicken restaurant??? I’m still sitting here and it’s now 1130… Get with the program!!!

Great food and close to my job across the street. They’re always busy but the service is great and the facility is super clean.

I know the previous reviews were less than pleasant, but my experience here was amazing. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. They all had smiles. Our server was very patient with us as we took forever to order since we kept changing our mind on what to order. Upon ordering, the food came out promptly. The server was incredibly friendly. Since it was such a nice day and my dog was with us, we decided to eat outside. What I didn’t know was the tables outside were locked originally, but when the manager saw my mother-in-law with my dog he unlocked them for her so she could sit with him. I thought that the small gesture was incredibly thoughtful and is what captures why I love Chick Fil-a. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with chicken tenders. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a crispy outside with incredibly moist chicken meat inside. The veggies were fresh and the cheese melted everything perfectly. The fresh fries paired perfectly with all the sauces(buttermilk ranch was my favorite, while everyone else loves the Chick Fil-a sauce). I also loved how all the sauces including ketchup were so well wrapped and perfectly packaged. I would def make the drive back here again and again.

I don’t know what happened to this place since it opened. The food is good so I let some things slide. Or is it? I got sick here once but I blamed it on my drinking that night… 2 weeks ago I got sick again and this was the only thing I ate. Fries tasted double dipped in grease too. Last time I went here. I made a simple order. No adjustments or extras. I get up to the window, I don’t get my total but my card is taken and swiped… Seconds later get handed a light bag. So I knew something was wrong. So I was charged on my card for a order that wasn’t mine and also charged for the meal I ordered when they finally got it right after my 4th time telling them. I’m patient usually when it comes to service because I understand no one is perfect, but after 4 tries I get pissed off. What is the point of having a menu you can order at if you have to repeat it at the window? I don’t know but I know I asked for chic fil a sauce 3 times and get home and realized they put none in the bag… That’s a horrible feeling lmao. Oh and my damn lemonade spilled all over my arm because someone didn’t put the lid on correctly… I’ll just go to the on in concord if I ever want it again… Oh and I’ll be contacting someone about the first charge on my card. I need my money!

Was really excited to here they had opened a location in Vallejo b/c I have never tried Chick Fil-A until a couple weeks ago. I came in the morning and order their breakfast Chick Fil-A minis which came with hashbrowns. I was really excited to try it. So as I was driving out the drive-thru, I couldn’t resist and grab a mini out to take a bite. The biscuit was extremely oily and the chicken was salty. My hands were so greasy it was quite disgusting. I then grabbed the hashbrowns to give them a try and they too were very oily too. I ended up tossing my whole meal and went home and made a sandwich. I was pretty disappointed with my first expierience with Chick Fil-A and honestly am very hesitant to ever try it again. Possibly give another location a try, but the Vallejo location lost me as a future customer. I also read previous reviews and they too had greasy experiences like me too. Chick Fil-A need new employees b/c the currents ones are messing it up for them

I find management at this location unprofessional. Was so excited when the Vallejo spot opened. My kids love the breakfast sandwiches in the morning and I grab a cup of coffee. I’ve found the manager to be unprofessional. On my last visit he didn’t want to provide me with 2 dipping sauces. He said only one per order of chicken nuggets. Even after I offered to pay. He checks my receipt as if I made up the order. This is not the first experience I’ve had or seen him exhibit this behavior. My family and I will visit other locations. What’s a little drive?

First let me start this review off by saying that my family LOVES chick-fil-a. And that is the only reason that this particular store is getting even 2 stars. We were excited to see a new chick-fil-a location on our route home from SF Giants games and then totally unexcited to discover that we will never be returning to this location. We went through the drive-thru and the gal taking our order sounded like someone had killed her puppy before she arrived at work. Her«lines» sounded forced and insincere and not the typical«peppy cheeriness» that we are used to from chick-fil-a employees. The gal at the window was short and to the point and acted like the only important thing was getting us out of her drive-thru. Side note: As we looked through the drive thru window we noticed it appeared as if everyone on staff had just graduated middle school without an adult in sight Then came the food. First off the milkshake was half liquid. Second… The fries were stale and tasted as if they had been stored underneath my drivers seat for two weeks before being packaged for consumption. Lastly… The chicken… It appeared as though after steeping my chicken in a Vat of grease and salt water they promptly placed the sandwich in the drive-thru Lane to be run over before handing it to me. See picture provided. I wish we could say something better because we truly LOVE chick-fil-a… But we will be avoiding this location.

Great food, better chicken then the competition by far. Prices are a bit higher then I’d like to pay but its still worth it.

I was so amazed when I found a Chick-fil-A in Vallejo California there is dual order windows to ease the flow of the drive-thru the menu was lit and visible with prices to indicate everything they offer I ordered the number 3 with a lemonade 8 bucks for the best Deluxe chicken sandwich from a fast food chain and there what’s condiments like the Polynesian sauce and mayonnaise both of word bonus to my mail the lemonade was nice fresh not too sweet not too much ice and the drive-thru clerk was friendly I haven’t been to a Chick-fil-A since I was in Houston Texas and now they’re here and I will be back thanks for making my first time and Vallejo wonderful

This is by far the cleanest and fastest chick Fila around. The manager even helps when the line is ‘out of control’(to their standards). Location can be tricky because of the drive thru, but it is totally worth it.

Chick-Fil-A is like others. The chicken sandwich I got today was not was crispy as I expected it to be, but their fries were ok crispy. The sauce is good of course. For those who have not been to this restaurant before, definitely try the Chick-Fil-A sauce! It is almost a mix between barbeque and honey mustard. Yum! They have a variety of other sauces too so definitely try it out The service for this place was great. There were lots of workers and the food came out fast. There were also workers cleaning tables regularly and quickly. I went during lunchtime so it was busy and it was fully staffed, so that might be the reason, but otherwise it is a nice location for a Chick-Fil-A

Now don’t get me wrong: I love Chik-Fil-A’s food but this location is just not up to par as other locations. I get that this store is relatively new but by now, they should be getting the food right in my opinion. All the times I’ve gotten the nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich, the batter was soggy. And as a place that serves fried chicken, if your chicken is soggy, then about 50% of your meal is already sabotaged. Just recently my friends and I went here about 20 minutes before they were closing. YES I KNOW, we were those jerks that came in last minute but there were still people being served there so it’s not like they were close to closing up. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the bottom of the chicken breast was wet. Wet? Yes, wet. The breading was slimy and a bit nauseating to eat. But I didn’t want to be even more of a jerk and ask for another sandwich, since they were about to close, so I just ate it anyways because I was hungry. Fast forward 7 hours later and I’m waking up at 5am I’m the morning to take the most fiery number 2 I’ve ever experienced. Once was bad enough but after TWOMORE number 2s, I vowed to stop eating Chik-Fil-A for awhile. Now, I understand that I made the mistake to go to the restaurant 20 minutes before they were about to close, but I think it’s still their job to maintain top quality food. I love Chik-Fil-A’s food but I think I’ll drive to the Fairfield location next time I’m craving it.

Been meaning to try Chick-Fil-A for a while and finally got to try it out on my way to Sacramento. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and all I say is wow, I was really impressed with how well it tasted(seasoned perfectly) and the very friendly service. Pro Service — super friendly and courteous, plus really fast(for drive thru) Quality/taste — delicious Price — reasonable,($ 8 for just the sandwich and a small diet soda) Con No location in the peninsula(bay area), closest location is in Sunnyvale. Overall, I think this chain is great. The friendly service and the quality of the food was exceptional! I’ll definitely be back.

One of my favorite«fast food» places to go to. I was so glad that it finally opened! We came here last weekend to get our usual order of the chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, classic chicken nuggets, and large waffle fries. They were so busy and the place was pretty packed! Quality did not disappoint with the sandwiches and nuggets, always my favorite and made well. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the fries. We took the order to go but normally the fries would be still be quite warm, especially since the drive was only 15 mins. Unfortunately, the fries weren’t crispy enough! I am hoping it was probably due to how crowd the place was. I’m hoping next time will be different!

Yeah, I really wasn’t going to put this location on blast because k know it hasn’t been that long since they’ve opened. I’ve been there over a handful of times and they still haven’t gotten it right. Long lines, incompetent workers and best of all burnt food ! I didn’t realize how disgusting chick fil A could be until I’ve had my biscuit over cooked on my sandwich. And last but not least, most recently my scorched my chicken nuggets. When I opened the box it looked like Santa sent me a bunch of lumps of coals. I should have threw this food back in their face but it was my husband that came home with it and he never checks his bag before he leaves. I won’t be frequenting this location anymore I don’t care how hungry I am. I’ll just make the extra trip to the Fairfield location where they get things done right ! And their workers aren’t angsty teens with attitudes . *edit* I’d also like to add that when they know they’ve really messed up, they will try to toss out some of those free redeemable breakfast cards in your face but I’m just letting you all know you can only redeem the food at THEIR Vallejo location so you run the risk of getting burnt defective or wrong ordered food again. Not even worth it.

I was happy that this finally opened and I heard a lot of great things about it. However when I went through the drive thru and made an order for the 4 pc chicken strip meal. They told us to park because there was a delay with the fried food. We didn’t mind waiting and it came as soon as it could. However when we got home, I discovered that there were only 3 pieces of chicken strips and we paid for 4 pieces. I understand that they’re new, but mistakes like this should not happen.

It’s about time we got something good in the this Plaza. As far as fast food in this area the options are limited so I’m excited about this new addition. Chic Fil A is very consistent with their food. They have a plethora of sauces to choose from, and it’s hard to not take them all. Of course your coming here for the chicken and if your like me, sometimes you don’t wanna drive all the way to Fairfield to get some. Happy That Vallejo has a new Chic, it’s dope that they have a play place inside for the kids. The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist inside, crispy fries and they’re quick. I’m sure this Chic Fil A will do great here since everyone around likes to crowd the habit. The only thing I’m not feeling is the parking lot. The design sucks.
