This place is epitome of horrible. The food is over priced. I paid 12.00 for a bento box. If you could even call it a bento box. The salad not picture was wilted. The sashimi was not slice properly. One bite it tasted old. The rice was stale. The fish was probably the only thing edible. Why throw in 3 edamame. Literally has 3 in my bento and my son got 4. I don’t know how they got 3.7 stars never trust reviews. I wish there was zero stars. No authentic not even close. It should have stick with yo sushi at least I don’t get a stomach ache after the meal. I was in a hurry and in that area I should really think to do better check. I should have stuck with sac hotdogs.

I love the friendly service and the great sushi. Everyone is super friendly and the food is great. It’s definitely a mom and pop kinda place. Great little sit down get to know your neighbor kind of place.

First time here and never coming back. People is so rude and the rolls are not even that fresh or great. At first everything was okay I was at the bar and made a comment about my roll, i asked if he could remake them .The guy who makes them over reacted so aggressively and said NOOO NOo unless you want another one. I was really impressed since i came in with a friend whos used to be a regular from this place, he gave us so much attitude. Definitely never coming back. I wonder why it has 4 stars.

Wow– can’t believe that patrons are rating this place a 5 star! The sushi was just ok. My husbands bento box was a very small portion. I ordered two different types of sushi. They came thrown together on a plate. Not served artistically like most Sushi restaurants. Will not be back!

I didn’t know about this place till my friend mentioned it. I have been here a few times and have always had a good experience. The lady always greats us with a smile and has good suggestions on the sushi rolls. Last time she suggested the cold mountain which I really liked. My favorite one is still the everything roll!!!

The whole experience was just bad. I took my family here to try a new sushi place. As soon as we walked in, I greeted the chef and he just smiled and nod. There wasn’t much people inside, maybe 3 tables but somehow there still tables that haven’t been clean including the table we sat at. The waitress handed us the menus and then walked away. 15 minutes later and she still haven’t got back to get our order. People had walked in, say on the bar, and got their orders right away. The chef was even looking at us and did not say anything to accommodate the service. Given them 5 more minutes and still no service, we walked away.

Great food, much better prices then many other places in Vallejo. The selection also feels stronger, and actual descriptions of the combos on the menu(unlike many other places) helps a whole lot.

I used to live in Vallejo and never knew about this restaurant. Bummer! They’re located on Springs Road, near DQ. The owners are very friendly and simply put customer service is great. Happy hour is served from 1130−230PM. Gotta thank my dentist for this recommendation. All the rolls were bomb and the hamachi kama was so good, so different from other places. It was cooked well and didn’t leave a fishy-aftertaste. A must try if you’re looking for good sushi without the fluff. Their fish is provided by the same company that supplies Morimoto in Napa… so YOUKNOW the quality is top notch!

Yum! Been 4 – 5 times and haven’t been disappointed yet! I’m a sushi sissy still, so I love the Morgan, the James, and the Double Crunch Roll. Of all the things to review, I have to say, their miso soup is so good, and I hate miso soup! Great service, and they are never rude to you even when you’ve overstayed your welcome ;)

Minus a whole star for not having edamame… because c’mon! That’s like a Mexican restaurant not having any salsa! Ok maybe I’m exaggerating, but it definitely tampered with my sushi experience. Sketchy neighborhood and sketchy people, but I had to just go with it since I resorted here after finding out my usual Vallejo sushi spot was closed for the day. I did a quick Unilocal search and trusted my fellow Unilocalers not steer me wrong. I would not come here again based solely on the neighborhood scene. Food was good and prices were ok. Not sure why it’s considered $$… I would have called this place $. Check it out if you happen to be in the area but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here. I had some of the Mexi roll, Morgan roll, green dragon roll, and Islander roll… The green dragon roll was by far my favorite but the islander roll was the most interesting because it had pineapple. Heads up for small parking lot and busy main street.

Five stars for Value sushi. Had the 30% off sushi rolls lunch special. Good selection of unique and common rolls. The CMA roll was really good. I loved that the scallops in the middle were still raw. Had miso soup and rice for the kids. We will for sure come back again.

The best sushi restaurant ever! The Poke salad is the best! I crave this regularly. Service is good we go so often the servers know us. Which is a pleasure cause they know what we’re going to order. They always serve with a smile! Love it!

Don’t sleep on this sushi restaurant. It’s the best in Vallejo! My boyfriend and I go twice a month and have always had great consistent service and delicious food. Sometimes we’ll do the all you can eat(pricier than others, but worth it) and goodness, everything we order is always on point! We love it here and will continue to support this local sushi spot!
