Such a great, clean and friendly location!
The service is really great, always smiling and really seem to love what they do (or they pretend really well)
Food is always hot! And the drive thru line is always quick.

I’ve always loved McDonalds. What I don’t like is going. Normally these days when you go to a McDonalds, they’re dirty and there are hood rats with bad attitudes running the registers. But not this one. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly and smiling. I personally have never had my order messed up here. The only complaint I’ve ever had is the location of the speaker in relation to the menu. They’re both on opposite sides of the drive through, and the menu isn’t close enough to see. Otherwise, this is the only McDonalds in Santa Clarita I go to.

How about the window person pays attention to getting my order right not grab-​assing with a coworker. All you have to do is put the food I ordered in the bag, it isn’t hard… or I didn’t think it was. Since this location has forgotten something I ordered AND paid for twice now in a week I guess putting food in a bag is like splitting atoms

Do not eat here. The food handling is poor. Wanted to try the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwich and it was terrible, had to toss most of it in the trash. This food got me violently ill that day what didn’t go in the trash @ the restaurant I threw up later. McDonalds then proceeds to kiss off this incident by making excuses as to what might have happened. Not taking responsibility! Come on McDonalds, food safety is your #1 priority. Take it seriously! Stop making excuses! Work on food safety! You owe it to your paying customers.

The worst drive thru of any fast food establishment known to mankind. They get my order incorrect ~90% of the time. If you go through this drive thru, make sure to double check your bag before driving off. I’ve been screwed over time and time again. Learned my lesson.

Haven’t been here for months and they’re usually pretty good… I would say 4 stars on average. Today was an exception. Came here at around 6:30pm… The order taker, grable?, was talking way too much with the dad and 3 boys after the order was finished, and then people started lining up behind us. When we got to order, they opened up another line. Took our order and dropped the change on the floor in front of me. The order took longer than normal, so I waited up front and got the order after another minute… Took 12 minutes! What if i was in the drive through? The manager apologized for the wait. Anyway, I ordered grilled and got crispy. I ate it anyway, since I haven’t had crispy in a year. Then, their famous fries didn’t have any salt! Went up front, but she was filling up a fries container and talking to a young black coworker. Some other guy was refilling something under the counter and he gave me a salt. So, normally a 4 star experience, they get a 2 star today.

Stopped by for a soda. Restaurant is not clean. Kept having to swat flies. Cashier was nice otherwise rating would be lower

Any playground/​structure is fair game when it comes to my son… who also loves french fries. I try not to indulge him too much but we had a very active day.
This particular McDonald’s is in a lovely part of Valenica — about half a mile south of Chesebrough park. Inside is a treehouse inspired playground/​climbing structure. It wasn’t as large as some of the other McDonald’s but it was very clean and well maintained. The trunk of the tree served as an enclosed spiral staircase that led up to a walkway/​bridge to a tree house and then finally a fun slide. My son loved it!
The cashier appeared to be a superviser and was very nice and accommodating to my 2.5 year old who kept bringing him ‘tickets’ while we were waiting for our food. He interacted with him when he didn’t have to and I really appreciated that. We will definitely come to this location in the future.

Never had a problem or long wait at this McDonald’s. They almost always have the two windows operating which really makes the drive-​thru fast. The food is the food and we can’t really change that but I always stick to the regulars: double-​cheeseburger and chicken nuggets.
By the way, that pink ooze video that is viral on social media and the internet is false. Do some research and you’ll see how they’re really made.

This McDonalds is literally down the street and walking distance from my house. I’ve since changed my diet habits but I’ve been going here for many many years. I almost go every morning or day for an iced hazelnut coffee. Even the workers know me at this point :) they always get it right and are the friendliest group of employees. Other mcdonalds always give me a hazelnut latte (not coffee) or caramel or something messed up and this one has never messed up my order except a happy meal once years ago– and when I got home and called they sent me a coupon for a free meal. Excellent!
Those who complain– maybe don’t order «no pickles but we want cheese but wait no bun and hold on maybe no ketchup?!»
If you are that picky, go to a grocery store and stop trying to make a fast food place your whole foods. *lazy people who can’t cook but need special orders*

Came to this place a few times. Not the best service, I got mixed up orders but whatever. The place Is new and the right by the freeway.

Went in on Sunday. Drive thru was packed so we walked in for a coffee and a couple of hamburgers too. We were greeted at the register by a employee named Brenden. Took our order and was very pleasant and helpful even after our long drive from Anaheim. The coffee was made carefully and thoughtfully. Very good employee I can highly recommend… Thanks

For a McDonald’s, the place is pretty clean and the staff are good people. The food is good there too

I have been to this location a few times since my last review, and they have really upped their service and courtesy levels. The service has changed drastically and for the better, my order has been consistently right, and they’ve even renovated the inside so that it’s much more on-​par with other locations. I wanted to write a quick update so that my previous «1» (a rating which I seldom give) is lifted.

They get my order right, and it’s fresh. Staff is polite and will even offer suggestions to help you save money on their menu items. Seems clean and the drive-​thru has 2 lanes to order from, one lane for payment and one for pick-​up. I always like that system the best at drive-thru’s.
The drive thru gets food MUCH faster than if you order inside.
Once I was there and they were supporting a local group of kids, which I thought was nice, however they had a woman on a BULL HORN shouting out order numbers. Yeah, didn’t like that much.

Your cool. You made it past the anti-​McDonald rhetoric in my brain.
Reason why? You are always accurate on my drive thru orders. That alone is good enough for a 4 star. After driving an hour to get home, you guys get the order right and you put enough condiments in the bag, not like those cheapos elsewhere.
Good job! I’m giving you a thumbs up right now, my hat’s off to you and I will sleep tonight knowing that we share a special bond together (wink! wink!).

Breakfast was hot and tasted good, but don’t forget the details… Hash browns were bagged upside down, no napkins or ketchup in the bag and my soft drink had drink all over the sides of the cup. Had to call the employees attention to get napkins to wipe off my cup; she continued chatting with her coworker as she handed them to me. Customer service seems to be unimportant here. :(Oh, and the drink tasted bad, like the mix was off – couldn’t even drink it.

Love the chicken nuggets, but I’m so tired of the sauce rationing. So you used to get 4 sauces with a 20 piece, but now you get 3 and you have to buy more sauces if you want more. The other McDonalds’ still give 4 sauces and will even give you another if you ask.
I’m so mad because the last time I was there (in the drive through of course) I had to buy an extra sauce for me, but they left the two happy meal sauces out. Sometime they don’t even ask what kind of sauce you would like and don’t offer you what you are rationed.

If you went to junior high or high school in the area you know your Conquistador/​Viking ass went to this McDonald’s on minimum days back in the day!
3 stars for the memories. And they used to make a mean Oreo McFlurry.

I stopped by this McDonald’s today around noontime for a light snack. I also had a «Free Oatmeal» coupon that I wanted to use. I’ve had their oatmeal here before and they are da bomb!!! The cup it comes in is just the right size. The oatmeal is the perfect temperature and consistency (not too thin and not too thick). They have fresh little chunks of red and green apple, raisins and red currants in the oatmeal. All you have to do is stir everything up and enjoy. Dee-​lish!!!
We also had their Mini-​meal Chicken McNuggets which were freshly cooked and hot, very yummy. We also had a couple of fish sandwiches and they were jammin’ too. Nicely fried fish patty and good tartar sauce on an incredibly soft bun.
Another nice thing is that they have free Wi-​Fi. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because it was hot and stuffy in there, not very comfy if you want to relax and enjoy your McD meal.

Ok, I admit it, McDonald’s is one of my guilty pleasures. Every once in a while, that signature concoction made of 2 All beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun sounds like music to my ears and glory to my belly.
Today was one of those days. But then, I was faced with a dilemma. Should I get a 4 piece chicken McNuggets also? Oh! Wait! They have those chicken wrap things! Those look good too.
What the heck! I got them all. That’s right, my friends! I ordered a #1, no pickles, diet Coke, a 4-​piece Nuggets & a Chipotle crispy chicken wrap. One hot mustard sauce. One barbecue sauce. $ 9.04 and loaded with fat and carbs.
Having not had a Big Mac in months, jeeeesus was it good! It was fresh too! The fries were hot; fresh out of the fryer, as were the nuggets. The Chipotle Chicken Wrap… now, it was just OK. A little spicy, but it tasted like I had gotten it at Taco Bell for some reason. If the wrapper didn’t say McDonald’s, I would never have believed that it came from there.
Now, so far this sounds like a 5 star review, right? Right. But here comes the part where i take away 3 stars. Their drive-​thru sucks. Their speaker is on the driver’s side and the friggin’ menu is 5 feet in front of your car… ON THE PASSENGER SIDE! What the F? Seriously, I am blind, I admit it, but even WITH my glasses, I can’t see this shit. They keep adding new stuff to the menu, but I can’t see to order it, so I have to stick with the old stand-​by. Bad design, I tell you!

I love free stuff! Who can turn down a freebie from a major corporation? Not I. I am a slave to the media. «Buy a drink, get a free new Southern Style Chicken Sandwich.» Sold! Fat ass, carb goodness! (burp) If you LOVE Chick-​fil-​a, you will enjoy this TOTAL RIP-​OFF from Micky D’s…be sure to ask for mayo, etc — they serve it ‘naked’ (dry) w/​two pickles. Hummm… just like CHICK-FIL-A…It must be true– imitation is the best compliment.
