I actually didn’t have as bad of an experience as the other Unilocalers. Granted the parking is scarce especially around lunch time. But everything in the shopping center is fast food, so the cars are coming and going thus new parking spaces open up constantly. We did order the pastrami and it only took a couple mins to get. The meat was plentiful and tasted good. We also ordered the Italian, also tasty, except a little tuff. The store was clean but the employees could of been a little more chipper. I don’t see any reason for not going back. You also get a free drink when you check in with Unilocal

This place was closed before it was supposed to be. The door was already locked, so I couldn’t even ask to speak to the person in charge about how this is not the way to run a business. As a manager in the food industry business, if you are going to give the hours of operation, stick to it.

AVOIDIFYOUWANTPASTRAMI! If your coming for the pastrami don’t come to this location. Apparently it takes 5 – 10 minutes to slice up some pastrami after they’ve been open for an hour. I’m sure we weren’t the first customers of the day to ask for it, and how many 5 – 10 minute periods of time went by and still no pastrami? The guys working there seemed dead to the world. I’m sure they were thrilled to be there on a Sunday afternoon.

The employees are nice but the manager just seems like they don’t really know how to order supplies. I have been coming here about once a week for over a year, and I’m not even over exaggerating when I say every single time they are out of something. Today, I ordered a salad wrap but they don’t have the dressing that makes it… Then as it is tasteless I ask for salt and they don’t have salt… anywhere. but they have a bucket of pepper packets. Last time and frequently they don’t have jalapeños. Cheese. Bacon. Avocado. Meat. Napkins. You name it. I often hear the employees talk about their shifts and where’s so and so, and when is this person getting in, or I’m supposed to leave at this time but… The whole place seems like a mess.

Why even post hours of operation? This location repeatedly beats to their own drum, 7:30pm on a Monday night during dinner rush and they close early? Posted hours say until 9pm, Their reason… «It just wasn’t busy enough earlier». I don’t even know why we keep bothering with this location… from now on we go to the location by Target.

This was a last minute choice during my lunch brake. Parking sucks between 12 – 1. Service was fast I ordered the Santa fe chk. Wrap. It was huge and really good. I gave them a thumps up!

Well, 6 months later this location of Togo’s still sucks the big one. 11:20am and four people waiting for pastrami. Why they wouldn’t have it prepared and ready to go on Monday when it’s the daily special is beyond me. I don’t blame the employees, but I do blame the brain dead management/owner. Not only that, but they have the wrong price quoted on their board for the special. I was going to complain, but why? And to the guy at corporate who says the same thing every time someone complains, save it. If you really cared you would have someone in there training. This location is pathetic.
