Lines are terrible, and they’re out of waffle cones. I mean, COMEON! All their pictures on the menus are of ice cream on waffle cones…

Not much to say about this place. The staff is friendly and great, and the ice cream is some of the best stuff I’ve had in a while. Note: this review is for the Cold Stone at the FRONT of the park. For the one near the back, take a look at James B.‘s review.

Can I give it zero stars??? The ice cream is fine but the food handling is just dangerous. 1) the guy scooping ice cream stopped to refill the souvenir drink cups everyone has. A customer asked for no ice in his refill, but the employee was not paying attention and filled it anyway. After telling the employee again that he didn’t want ice, he dumped te ice, which was in an already used cup, BACKINTOTHEICEBOX! The guy didn’t think twice about contaminating the entire ice supply. To make matters worse, moments later, his co-worker dumped an entire container of ice into the bin, contaminating the refill. 2) it gets worse folks. My friend got a water after the above incident. After drinking her water for a while, she realized she had a bee frozen into her ice. We went back to let them know and the employee didn’t really seem to care, other than offering is clean ice. While we were waiting, there we’re bees swarming around the soda fountain. So clearly, the water supply for the ice is not a closed line. Bottom line, a health inspector would shut this place down in a heartbeat. Cold Stone should be fortunate that he government doesn’t have any food inspectors to keep consumers safe. (Please note that this is the S.S. Cold Stone on the back of the park by the candy store).
