EVERY ROOM PARENT NEEDS ALEX’S INFO ON SPEED DIAL! Alex, the owner has been nothing short of a magician pulling together an end of school year party for our First Grade class. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. He KNOWS his customers and made suggestions that were spot on. Catering from Menchie’s took out all of the real work for us and is a HUGE hit with the children and parents alike. He may be the single reason I am ever a Room Mom again!

Another awesome location for a Menchie’s. I really like Menchie’s Fro-​Yo. The flavors are fun and different. Hard to choose a fav but I really like the cake batter. When I want to pretend to be healthy I go for the regular tart and load up the fruit toppings. Well somehow that chocolate fudge seems to spill into my bowl too. heee hee
This location is easy to get in and out of with the big parking lot. It is also next to some other easy eateries so its a good place for lunch and a cool treat afterwards. Inside was very clean and staff was on it. Cleaning up any spills and drips. Plenty of seating inside and out.
I’m a fan and will return. Oh and sign up for the rewards. Basically you get a freebie or a credit after you spend a certain amount there over time. Easy.

Our entire family loves this location. Owner and staff are all very friendly and always working hard to keep everything exceptionally clean. Always great flavors, including 2 no-​sugar added choices for the occasional diabetic sweet tooth!

I purchased my sons Birthday cake here and the man that helped me gave exactly what I wanted. The cake came out amazing and delicious. We received so many compliments on the cake.

I ended up with a mix of cookie butter and cinnabon cinammon roll with a couple different toppings. I eyed the nutella sauce, but was so stuffed, I couldn’t do it this visit. Just a reason. to come back!

The Best Menchies! The staff are always so nice and attentive. The owner, Alex, not only works so hard to keep the store clean and stocked with the latest flavors and toppings, but he is so friendly! He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. If your looking for a delicious treat and enjoyable experience, this is the place to go!

Beautiful. Clean. Cheerful. Incredible and friendly service. My husband wanted Ice cream at 9:30pm on a Thursday… This place came up thanks to Unilocal and less than a mile from home:) #winning
I’m so fortunate. Plenty of free parking. Plenty of seating. I always feel bad about entering a place so close to closing time. They close at 10pm… But as soon as we were greeted at the door we felt at ease!
I was impressed by the friendly atmosphere and the large selection of flavors! Samples? Yes please!
The cheerful employee suggested we try one of their new flavors. Pistachio. It doesn’t sound too appealing next to chocolate or cheesecake but WOW! She was right! It was so good!
After trying nearly all of the other flavors we both ended up getting the pistachio! by the time you load up on samples and then realize how many toppings they have, you’re full, but it’s too late. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING and you have to try it. From candy to cereal to fresh chopped fruit. Oh, let’s not forget the fresh whipped cream or variety of sauces! Chocolate, caramel, omg. Too many options!
.46 cents per Oz, at that price you can afford to indulge and to enjoy it with the whole family. What a treat! You can’t help but smile inside this place. Bring your grumpiest family member or friend! Hints:
Don’t load up on too many samples.

This menchies is very clean and well taken care of. They always have a non dairy sorbet and plenty of flavors available. I am so happy they opened. The staff is friendly and seem to truly care about their store and customers. I watched one of the workers decorate a cake for a little girl and he was so patient with her and he seemed to really enjoy his job.
This is my family’s favorite fro yo place in the scv.

This Menchie’s is hands down better than the Yogurtland by my work. So many flavors and toppings. Always get something different. yummy… Remember to «have a smiley day».

I don’t usually eat frozen yogurt, but after eating at this place once, i immediately came back multiple times. This place is absolutely amazing, the people here are really vibrant, And joyful. They’re really welcoming, like that guy Derek. Even the owner welcomed us by coming over to us and greeting us. A definite go again by me, and friends. It’s a great place for family, kids, whatever. The environment is really nice too, a great choice of wall colors for a yogurt place.

So good, came here with the he kiddos for a treat.

I go to this Menchies all the time and I am never disappointed. The flavors are always to my liking. The staff is always so friendly and very attentive to my needs. From time to time I see the owner and he is so friendly, checking in with all the his guest. I highly recommend this Menchies.

Cammy, Eddie and Nicole MAKE Menchies what it is. They are so very friendly, funny and care about their customers. They are always making sure the store is clean. What makes them so special is that they know myself and co-​workers by name.

Awesome locally owned business. This is a place where the owner really takes pride in his franchise. The yogurt and service is exceptional.

The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because between 5 and 8pm it gets super busy and crowded at this location. Oh and the parking lot is a pain sometimes, super difficult to find parking since there’s a gym and loads of restaurants in this shopping center.
But other than that this place is Clean and the Cashiers are super nice. Great Job!

I went to Menchies last night, and as I was leaving, received a flyer indicating that 20% of my purchase could go to supporting SB277 referendum.
Because of the locations blatant disregard for keeping children safe, I will not go back. I have called and placed a complaint with corporate as well. Companies — especially those that deal with food and cater to younger adults and children, should not side politically with anything relating to the disagreement of keeping children, the sick, or comprised people safe.
I won’t go back; even if this is removed. Knowing that my child’s safety isn’t a priority of this establishment, makes me wish I hadn’t gone last night and given them $ 10 of my money.

I’ve been here a handful of times, and the staff is always so nice, «smiley», and the store is incredibly clean! The owners are awesome and active in our community, and I’m grateful for that.
Looking forward to returning again soon to try more flavor and toppings!

Many thanks to the franchisee who opened this location! I started going to Menchie’s when they opened in the mall. I had never heard of them since Pinkberry was popular at that time and then I saw them on Undercover Boss. I immediately fell in love with their yogurt and always made it a point to visit weekly so believe me when I say how convenient this location is for me and now I go like 3 – 4 times a week!

This place is a great FroYo spot! The customer service here is Phenomenal and the flavor options are by far my favorite! This place will do so well the topping options are also perfect! My Husband said hands down best FroYo he’s had which is a big deal because we eat FroYo all the time and he’s never said anything like that. This will be our new sweet spot! So excited! I highly recommend this place!

Great smile and service. People rate so low in Valencia lol. I know a well deserved place when I visit one. Yes it’s new but can’t discount the staff hired, they are great spirited every time I come in with all the kids. The owner was very sweet too. The only suggestion is the strawberries be more fresh. They are always mushy and they never look appealing when I go in. :(but other then that, clean place, great service and all around great Menchies!
