I visited this store today looking for a synthetic down jacket that was stowable and was not cut too boxy. The gentleman that helped me (sorry I forgot your name, dark hair and dark glasses) had me try on the perfect jacket as soon as I described what I wanted. He then had me try on a heavier jacket and waterproof version but I really liked the very first one that he showed me. I bought it and have been wearing it while walking about and it’s really sweet. Light as a feather but toasty warm. Nice dramatic store that’s not crowded, which I appreciate. Chill salespeople, friendly but not pushy.
