My wife and I visited Jeannie after our disappointment with the services provided by the nearby Boot Lab.
She and her husband did an amazing job of listening and analyzing my wife’s boot fit problems. With the careful placement of some additional padding, my wife’s boots fit like new again for $ 10.
After her experience, I took my snow boarding boots to Jeannie and her husband, and received the same service for $ 10. It was like having new boots again!
We so appreciated their advice and expertise, which far outshined advice/​service we received at the Boot Lab.
If you have issues with fit/​discomfort in your ski boots, Jeannie and her husband are the only people in Lionshead Village to see!
That is especially true if you are a female skier!
Don’t waste your time/​money with anyone else!

Thank goodness for Jeannie and Tom at Jeannie Thoren’s Women’s Ski Center! They definitely saved my vacation when a brand new boot (bought elsewhere) didn’t fit as it should have. Tom was able to see me within 24 hours and worked some magic, as I was able to ski every day moving forward. Great shop and fabulous service!
