Instead of buying a hot tub from Costco, I decided to come here instead. I was very pleased with Nancy’s awesone customer service! I would highly recommend buying a hot tub from this store. They even offer a free service to have someone come to your house to make sure the area you want to install the hot tub is OK. The purchase of the hot tub includes delivery, a filter, chemicals and test strips. They also offer discounts if you want to pay cash.

What a great staff! I was shopping for more than 3 months and they were always patient & helpful. They have been awesome throughout the buying experience. Ever since we’ve taken our tub home, they have always been there to answer questions and help with the water treatment. They even helped us get the tub moved when we needed it.
Just a great experience and I highly recommend these folks when you need to buy a hot tub!!!

Great and I mean GREAT staff. I bought a hot springs rhythm hot tub here just shy of two years ago. It’s incredible! Tom our sales guy was amazing especially his follow up — truly exceptional. He has since moved on but the staff since then have been very knowledgable and helpful when we’ve come in with chemistry /​balancing questions. They have sound advice and won’t recommend anything unless they have used/​use it and believe in it.

We have a Hot Springs spa that is several years old and it works like a dream! We buy all our supplies at the Hot Tub Store in Vacaville. Their prices are great and the staff is friendly and helpful. I just can’t say enough about what a great product Hot Springs spas are!

I called this store to verify that a price I am paying through another Hot Springs dealer was competitive. I let the salesperson know this up front and he was not defensive or turned off. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I have not done business with this store, but my experience with them certainly indicates that I would in the future.
