Rich Jewelers is an asset to Downtown Vacaville. From getting a watch battery replaced to having a custom ring designed Rich Jewelers can do it all. I’ve been going to them for years. Dale is very professional and very accommodating to all of my jewelry ideas. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Ok let me set the mood. I have a 5 year old swiss legend watch that I came in to get the battery replaced. off the bat Rich the owner was putting off an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable and not very welcome in his place of business. after I return 2 days later to pick up the watch, I find that it works just fine but there is a tiny pin sticking out in one of the links. I quickly return to rich saying «I am not saying you did this but can you push this back into the link since it seemed like an easy fix.» he quickly reminded me his attitude just the other day and proceeded to say he did not do that and use a small hammer to push the pin back in. After hammering away and seeming irritated that I interrupted his conversation with his friend that was just hanging out with him in the store, he gave back the watch. only one problem, the pin was still sticking out… I can’t even. I left the shoddy hole in the wall shop thinking why did I even come here over the other 5 jewelry shops in downtown vacaville? oh yeah 7 dollar battery replacements as apposed to 10 dollars… not worth it.
