Chipotle Mexican Grill

My burrito is literally smaller than a Coke can. Just don’t come here, screw this place.

I’m not one to eat fast food, but sometimes I have a short lunch break and chipotle is my go to place. Recently the service has gotten so much better. Everyone works at a fast pace & is very friendly. If the line is long they seem to get through it pretty fast.

Always something weird and «wonderful» with the food. A hair– meat you didn’t order– random things.
Inside seating at this location feels funny. All the people in line basically hover right over you– not because they want to but the genius that designed the inside made this happen!

The chipotle in Vacaville is horrible!!! The portions are small the chicken taste burned. Don’t waste your money on this food. Go to the chipotle in Fairfield it is a lot better.

When it comes to lines, stay away. I’ve stopped into this Chipotle twice now and each time I encounter a twenty minute wait. It’s not that the staff is slow or the offerings better than anywhere else. It mostly has to do with this be the go-​to for transients and those looking for non-​fast food options on the trek between Sacramento and the Bay Area.
If you have the time it’s worth it. They piled my burrito bowl high with all the goodness they are famous for. It was almost as if they could hear how loud my stomach was grumbling above the din inside.

Love the food there. I had a terrible time a while ago, when a lady messed up my burrito. There was a massive hole in it, and there was no meat in it. I later called the place to complain about the lady. I went in the other and she did it again, clearly she should go back to chipotle university

Chipotle used to be our go-​to place but something has changed, and not for the better. I waited to write a review after several visits to be fair. I ordered my usual burrito bowl and most of the chicken was way over cooked… like burnt. The portion sizes have also gotten a lot smaller, despite their prices going up. Service was slow, and apart from one smile, the other employees were not friendly, and our cashier just looked grumpy. I’m hoping they see this and make some necessary changes because my family and I used to love it here.

We took two Swedish exchange students for a day shopping at the outlet malls in Vacaville and after a few hours we decided on lunch. We drove around the area looking for a place that might work for everyone and agreed on Chipotle. I took a few minutes to point out to them what each choice was on the menu, what it looked like and how to order. When they got to their order, they both were very nervous and I mentioned to the woman working the front it was their first time in Chipotle so a little patience might be necessary. She gave a huge smile, asked where they were from and then called over the line manager (I assume that who he was) and explained that this was their first time in any Chipotle. He offered to comp the meal!
The girls were floored!
The service was quick, they explained each part of the selection process, what each part was, level of spice, etc. taking their time, even in the middle of lunch time. First time for either with carnitas tacos and they were in love with the food.
It was a great looking store, it was great food, and it was a great experience all around. Thanks for being a great place for us to stop

Portion size was terrible, i had a cheese quesadilla, most of it was just tortilla. Then my boyfriend had a chicken bowl and he got like 3 pieces of chicken asked for more and he got like 8 pieces. I think we’ll just go to our other favorite chipotle not this one.

This location sucks!!! Been there numerous times always thinking it will get better but no it never does.
They rush you threw the order give you small portions and when you ask for a little more they get annoyed. Ok I get it if your busy but when I’m the only person in line and you still rush me not cool. I’m definitely never going there again after tonight I’ll take my $ to freebirds unless I feel like driving to faifield so fuuuuuuuuk you Vacaville chippotle!!!

I haven’t been to a Chipotle in over two years. I heard about the promo for the free lunch (when they closed down to go over sanitation procedures) and decided to try them out again.
I stopped by after a morning of shopping. There was a slight line but things were moving fast, the restaurant looked very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a Steak Salad (lettuce, steak, fajita vegetables, salsa, black beans, a little cheese, and guacamole with vinaigrette on the side) and showed them my promo code (it was a $ 10.31 salad) for my free lunch!
I took the salad home and it looked delicious. But that is where it ended, I was underwhelmed with the lack of flavor in the steak and only ended up eating half the salad. I ended up picking out the steak and giving it to my dog (who was very happy to have it). That was my last time going to Chipotle.

I ordered a burrito bowl… I was given half a scoop of rice, no fajita veggies like I asked for… I asked for chicken and sofritas and full scoops for both but was given barely one scoop combines. And then they put barely any lettuce. Didn’t put on the salsa or anything. The bowl was flat. There wasn’t anything really in it. And I was just unimpressed at how they were handling the crowd. Give us half the amount of a usual bowl and burritos to get the crowd out faster and so you don’t have to restock product is how it felt.

I’ve been to a few Chipptles in the area and this one has the best customer service. Today I had the option to go to another location, but I came here. Their sitting area is always clean and if anything is out at the condiments station they refill it right away. And I’ve never had issues with the portion sizes, I leave feeling plenty full.

Was in the mood for some Chipotle decided to give this location one more chance, and once again I was disappointed. The portions just keep getting smaller and smaller they were out of cheese the chips were stale the guacamole was little bit brown… This will be the last time I ever go. Save your time and money people.

I normally love going to Chipotle and never had a complaint about customer service. Tonight was the night I gave my first Unilocal review.
Customer service was terrible! The line wasn’t too bad but I was still rushed out of there. I ordered a burrito bowl and they just threw the food on like a bad cafeteria. I asked for a side of beans and rice, they charged me and I never received it. I didn’t even finish ordering until the cashier repeatedly told me my total while tapping her register like it was soooooooo packed. Awful experience.

Always a hit. There’s just no other burrito place that tastes that fresh. The product quality is consistent and amazing, anything from the lettuce to sofritas.
Unfortunately, my partner can’t handle spicy food very well and it makes us go there less often than we would like to. Every vegan option has jalapeño in it. :/​
That brings me to the last point, I wish they would start giving guacamole for free on a vegan order All the money they save on cheese and sour cream is probably the same as for avocados. Usually, Chipotle is the first one to jump on new ideas…

Stopped here for dinner on the way to Marble Mountain Wilderness.
It’s been a while I ate burrito at Chipotle, so I felt it was tastier than usual. but still typical Chipotle. So it’s 3 stars. Location is good along the highway.

This is the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Slow as in there was hardly anyone in here and slow as in there was only one person helping serve the food out for a while. I was not used to this since most other Chipotle’s get you in and out pretty quickly. In addition, I ordered chips and salsa and the girl serving didn’t even fill the container up all the way.
That being said, at least I know the food will taste the same as all the other locations I visit and that is comforting.

I really enjoyed my bowl, lined with a tortilla. (this is best the idea I’ve come across here) Chicken was good as were the pinto beans and the toppings.
Granted, the «hot» sauce was white people hot, but I still enjoyed it.
Still not sure about other people claiming that this Chipotle is somehow not like the rest. As far as I’m concerned, they’re all the same and this one may even have been a little better than some of the others I’ve tried.
Oh, and the A/​C felt wonderful in this heat.

Bosslady scheduled a lunch meeting for my coworkers and I – we had our choice of what food to be delivered. I suggested chipotle because I had recently been ‘into’ their food (had them about 1 or 2 times prior) We faxed in our group order to chipotle and had a rep guy (person we were having a meeting with) swoop the goods for us (rnd 2ish pm). I was excited for it to come (burrito steak bowl w/​all the fixins’?! YESSUH and I wasn’t paying for it?! YESSUH x2)!
Anywhoozies, food came and I grabbed my bowl. Prayed for my food then dove right in (bc I was hangry)! About ¼th of the way in I noticed something black and unusual just chillin on my lettuce. So I stopped and brought the fork up to get a closer look. It appeared to be a bug that was lightweight dismembered, but I wasn’t quite sure, so I showed it to my coworker so she could have a closer look. Yerp! fly indeed! She pointed out the wings. This fly was doin some kinda model shoot for food, doin the side pose, wings spread out and shizz. AWWW HELLS NAW! I lost my appetite right after that!
I recapped my bowl and looked down in disappointment… I then decided to call and complain to the chipotle people and ask for a new bowl. They agreed and I said I would just come in after work (6pm) for a new one. The rep guy who brought us the food heard about the incident– he was just as disappointed. He said he would go back right away to get me my new bowl so I didn’t have to wait because they also forgot to include a burrito out of our group order (HOooOo SMH!)
Keep in mind, I ordered a burrito STEAK bowl. Rep guy brought the old bowl and receipt back to the ‘potle peeps. Rep guy then came back to the office to drop off the new bowl (how sweet of him:). Later on after work I took my bowl home (I didn’t have time to eat anymore) and come to find out it was a chicken bowl instead. SMH x2!
Man I was HANGRY I didn’t care that it wasn’t the right meat. just started eating. That time around I took myy beaver dam time with each bite, having to break out my magnify glass and LED flashlight making sure there were no suspicious objects hiding in our around the edibles. It took me twice as long to finish the bowl. I was let down.
I don’t understand the hype about chipotle anyways. They’re overpriced! One burrito bowl with guacamole for $ 9+ psssh! And that’s without a drank and a bag of chips! Yeah yeah yeah, the food is good but dang! 1.95 for a Costco size sample of guac?! Another thing I noticed is that they don’t cover their food! I mean I understand when it’s peak hour and the line is out the door, you guys don’t have time to uncover and cover your food. But during times when it is slow, cap that shizz! Bugs, hair and spit could be gettin into all that good good. *random input: I’ve heard that they replace the food that’s sitting out every 20 mins or so but I’m not sure if all chipotles do that…
Another thing, parking sucks ASK at this location especially during lunch hour!
GET IT TOGETHER CHIPOTHOLE!
Sad to say, chipotle is not my life. I can live without them. Sooo BYE FELICIA
