Today the wife and I were running errands and needed something to eat. I can say that this is my first time ACTUALLY going into the restaurant. I have used the drive-thru a few times, but never gone in. Sorry. Saying that doesn’t provide any merit about the interior of the eatery though. It is what you would expect for any other Burger King around the local area. We were greeted by the cashier Amanda. She was polite in the fact in acknowledging our patience since it was a bit busy in the drive-thru. Took our order effortlessly. The wait was longer than expected but the food hit the spot: Cheeseburger Crispy Chicken Chili Cheese Hotdog Medium Fries x2 The food totaled under $ 10! That’s pretty good I would say! Drive by and grab a bite. fin.

Fast service today on walk in. Didn’t do drive thru because they couldn’t get it right the last time. This time good service & not redundant questions. Only 2 stars because fish sandwich was too salty.

Very rude employees, food took forever to get. We tried to walk in for a sit down the door was unlocked and they told us no they were closed inside use drive through. So we did and still they gave us attitude and Luke warn food. Never going again!

I came in and ordered my food for eat-in. When the manager called my order number and it was in a bag I was fine with and I just sat down anyway. Then the manager comes strutting up to my table snatches the food out of my hand and stuffs it in the bag without a word. Then she walks back to the counter to put on a tray and calls my order again. I’ve worked in fast food for 2 years and was recently promoted to manager at my location. This was rude and she should watch how she treats her customers.

The remodel they did last year really makes it a nice place to be, with its electric blue and silver partitions and a computerized soda machine. You might actually forget you’re eating Burger King.

I have to say me and my family frequent here way too much! Anyway, mgmt and crew is great. Very professional and customer service oriented. If there is ever a mixup(I understand mistakes do happen) it is always always fixed without any questions asked.

Wind was blowing pretty hard outside. My debit card pretty much was ripped from my hands when trying to hand it to the cashier. The lady was so nice and apologized even though it wasn’t her fault. The iced coffee was really good too.

They recently remodel their interior and its lookin’ good. The fries were nice and crunchy and so were the chicken nuggets. Had a great experience. Nice costumer service, too.

I’d never had a problem with this burger king before till about a month ago when I was really craving a hamburger so my husband and i made a trip over to BK. My food was made completely wrong(which i found out after i’d already arrived back at my house) so i decided instead of just letting it slide i’d make the trip back and have them remake my food… Horrible idea the manager informed me that«its not like we made your food wrong on purpose» and the proceeded to be a complete jerk about the whole situation. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, but a little kindness and great customer service goes a long way, and this place has neither of those!

How hard is it to make sure that my BBQ sauce is in the bag? It’s not my job to dig through the bags after you hand them to me while a line of people wait for me to leave. It’s your job Mr. Lazy drive thru guy… He didn’t even give me my receipt so that I could call in the survey. So I turn to my only other outlet to vent my frustrations… All hail the glorious, anonymous power of Unilocal.P. S. My Whopper was cold. This BK officially sucks!

Granted the fast food will ALWAYS taste the same, I am rating this location for it’s service. I probably eat Burger King once every 3 to 4 months but I would expect that when I do go that I am treated properly. This last occurance was in the drive thru. I ordered my food just fine, but when I drive around to pay the freakin’ worker walked away and looked at me like I was interrupting her from her work. Like excuse me! I am here to give you my money, take my food and drive away. I don’t need your sassy attitude because it’s late and you probably hate your job!
