Red Wing Shoe Store

Got my boots three weeks ago! Took them here to get them cleaned, terrible job! Still not sure they even cleaned them! They still looked the same as they did when I dropped them off! Only thing it looked like they did, was unlaced my boots!!!

Worst Cust. Service ever!!! Need to find another Redwing store! Dist. Manager get your associates some training!!!

On my yearly visit for work boots. Nothin better than Irish Setter! They’re expensive but bring em in once a month to get oiled for free and free laces.

Bad experience my first boots didn’t last 1 week! And it’s already ripped by the Metatarsal Guard. Contacted the store and talk to Juan and I told him what happened so send me a new pair. When I received my new pair of boots it’s different type of leather/​style and they added this shinny rubberized on the steal toe part up to Metatarsal Guard. Quality is poor and appearance is poor.
I’ve send him email but never he replied back. My walmart steal boots last way longer maybe this just happened to me but I will never buy anything from Red wings.

have purchased redwing boots for 30 years, the last several pair have been terrible, well look inside, made in china, but the real pisser here is this, we’re paying the same price as USA made boots but getting crap china boots, really redwing? if im buying china boots they cost 50 bucks, not 200 bucks, for 200 better say made in usa and they better be good boots. my very last pair wore a hole at the heel on the inside, both boots, i sent them for repair after 1 week, when returned to me they had basically stuck a small guaze pad in the heel and said here ya go, all fixed. save your money and buy china boots for less somewhere else

I needed a new pair of boots and never heard of Red Wings until a friend turned me on to the website. Long story short I saw a particular style that seemed to fit my taste and needs so I did a quick search on-​line to find this store here in Upland. A short ride from my house later I find myself in the store trying on a pair of Red Wings.
I take off my Doc Martens and slip into a pair of Red Wings and I suddenly realized my long term relationship with my trusted Doc’s had come to an abrupt end. I find myself angry that I had robbed my feet of such comfort for such a long time! The Red Wings are now my EVERYDAY foot weather are THAT comfortable. INCREDIBLE!
The store is small, but stocked and to the point. The staff is knowledgeable on the
Red Wing brand and know what they are selling. The customer service here is top notch and I felt they went above the usual grade of attentive service you would get anywhere else when looking for shoes/​boots.
Wish I could remember the two gentle men’s names that helped me, but thanks for all the help guys. You just scored yourself a life time customer and Red Wing advocate.

Working long hours puts a lot of strain on your feet, legs and back. Thank God for industrial shoes with arch support. Slip resistant so I don’t look the fool. Steel toe to protect my little piggies. Well not little but you know what I mean.
