Ruze has an awesome selection of shoes that you can’t find anywhere else. I bought a pair of boots from them and was very happy with my purchase. But what really stood out for me was their customer service: when something went wrong with the boots during the first week that I had them, Ruze was more than happy to help me out… and that’s a lot more than I can say for the boot manufacturer! In a day and age of computer-​generated customer service, Ruze is a company that actually gets it right. I recommend this store 100%.
