Skechers Retail

This place is perfect. You get to buy the stuff you love in a great place like City Walk. I wanted to buy a gift for my cousin’s bday and didn’t want to get a corny touristy gift so I stepped in to get him a gift card for some new kicks.
Total time to get the card was about 45 seconds. The staff even helped me get a empty shoe box to put the gift card in to fool him into thinking I bought him shoes. See the joke is that guys don’t usually buy other dudes shoes. Yeah, I thought it was funny too. IT’S FUNNY DAMMIT!

Never buy shoes from Sketchers stores. They are always over-​priced just like the ones here. We just walked in with family to check out the new shoes and sizes for my daughter. However we ended up buying online as it was much cheaper.

I received some outstanding customer service today from a gentleman with a stache working the pm shift. This guy went above and beyond the call of duty to help fit my little princess with a stylish pair of Sketchers. She has a tough time finding shoes that don’t hurt her feet. The store seemed a little busy. I use to work in retail and I just wanted my daughter to pick a pair so we could leave. He brought her ten pairs and was very patient until she found her pair. She wore them out of the store. Next time the princess needs shoes, I know where I’m gonna go and who I’m gonna look for. I looked on the receipt so I could mention my outstanding sales fella by name, but there was no name. Thank you so much. I try to make a point of coming on here when I am impressed.

It’s been years since I returned to CityWalk.
Seemed a bit odd at first that there’s a massive shoe store next to all the other shops but you know what? My feet was kinda hurting that day from my own shoes. After dinner, I decided to check out the store and ended up buying a pair of comfy walking shoes on sale.
Nick was extremely helpful and very friendly. Surprisingly it was very busy during the time I visited (6.16.13 — Around 7:30pm)
He was juggling customers but managed to attend to everyone’s need. What a great employee, its nice to see someone with great spirit and pride on the job.

My feet likes Skechers. It’s very comfortable and my feet are very wide. The people here are also very nice. I like also like the bags they put the shoes into to take home.

I’m not big on shoe shopping no matter where it is and having a shoe store on Citywalk would seem like a bad idea to me most of the time. However, I do like this store but won’t go here unless I’m already coming here for a different reason (like the movies).
The sales clerks are super friendly and attentive. The store can get a bit messy when there a ton of people in there but that can sometimes be expected. The clerk who helped me was really nice about getting me so many different sizes. She offered to see if another store had the style I wanted when they didn’t which is a sign of good service. She even look at other similar styles other than what I had asked for before I could ask. That equals good service to me. So why are you wondering for the 4 stars? Well they do get pretty busy and seem to be low staffed. When you have a sales associate they are all about you. You will have to wait to get someone though and that is the pain.
I would come back here over and over again but not just for shoes. I have to be coming here for another purpose to get me to come here.
