My husband and I loved People’s Choice simply because of the customer service. Yes, the food is great, but we enjoyed the kind and professional employees we encountered — both on the phone and in person. However, tonight absolutely destroyed the loyalty and trust we had for People’s Choice. This is not to point fingers at any other location, but what we experienced over the phone tonight in Manchester CT was just so disappointing. Hey, if you’re someone who just wants good food, this is certainly the place for you. And truth be told, tonight was the first and only bad experience we’ve had with this company. But I have to say, that if you are going to be someone who keeps their customers and keeps them for a long time… Please do us a favor and make sure you have employees on staff that actually care for the customers who call in. I’m sorry, but not only am I calling you with a pre-determined sense of confidence towards the service I am about to receive, but I am also giving you my money. At least ACT like you want to talk to me. I don’t care how busy you are, I don’t care how horrible your day at work has been. I am you CUSTOMER. And there is something about the CUSTOMERSERVICE business that one must seriously understand. It is absolutely imperative to your business, and one foul employee can lose you a customer(or two or three or more…) for a lifetime. I can personally attest to this as my career is completely and fully surrounding customer service. I just have to get this off my chest, and I honestly am very disappointed that my faith in People’s choice has been tainted by this one, small circumstance. It’s unfortunate, but I really am considering going elsewhere from now on. Please, People’s Choice, restore my faith in you. Sincerely, a not-so-sure committed customer.

A meh pizza place in Farmington. There are better options, but this place is good for late night cravings. The majority of the times we have placed an order over the phone, it has been a train wreck. The staff that has taken our order has been incompetent and unfriendly. This place is consistent in taste, quality, and speed of delivery. They put a good amount of sauce and greasy cheese on the pizza. There is also a hearty amount of crust. Like I said, not the best, but certainly edible and better than some other Farmington pizza options.

People’s Choice is our go-to restaurant for pizza delivery. They are constantly running deals and promotions, and coupons are readily available online and in the local papers. You can place an order online, which for my family is super convenient. Delivery time is impressive, drivers are courteous, and our pizza is always piping hot. We especially love People’s Choice’s Hawaiian Pizza with bacon and pineapple.

Sitting here for ten minutes waiting for a slice of pizza. Horrible service. No window customer service at all.

Surprisingly not bad. And a good choice for delivery. Had the bacon pizza. And my picky eater son loved it. So they must do something right. The pan pizza is a welcome change from all te New haven. We also had a classic meat pizza. A little too much topping overload but the crust held up nicely. The wings were meaty and hot. My guests ate them all up — a nice a good quality overall. Delivery came relatively fast(30 minutes or so) and still hot. So enjoyed this choice.

A little too pricey for the quality and the food takes a little too long, but People’s Choice fills an important niche: greasy, fried food for delivery.
