Horrible. I walked in to find a changed menu. I wanted to order my usual 3-piece breast & wing dinner. I had to ask if that included 2 sides. The woman taking my order told me cole slaw and mashed potatoes. What? I can’t pick my own sides anymore? I don’t like cole slaw. I asked if I could get macaroni & cheese instead. I was told yes, but it would cost me an extra 25 cents. I never heard of a surcharge for sides that are supposed to be included!!! I said yes, I’ll pay it. When I got my take-out order to work, I found that I got cole slaw anyhow. The sides were buried under the chicken, so I could not have checked them before leaving the store without getting my hands greasy. That is no way to run a business. I wonder who got that 25 cents I was charged for nothing. On top of that, the Diet Pepsi in the machine was not working right, and I got mostly water in my cup. It also squirted all over the place. The restaurant needs to listen to customer needs and see them through.

It had been well over 10 years since I stepped foot in a KFC. I was returning home from NYC, I was hungry and this seemed convenient so I popped in. There was no line and nobody sitting down. In other words: there were no customers. I double-back on myself to look at what time they closed but sure enough they were open. I stood for a few minutes(ridiculous really, considering the place was dead) before a member of staff asked me for my order. I was still undecided(ok, I know, I had the time to be decided) and made the big mistake of saying to her«I’m still thinking»…look, the place was dead so I wasn’t being an inconvenience to any other customer. So… the woman disappears(is this KFC a vortex that swallows people up and sends them to another dimension?) 5 or so minutes later(plenty enough time for me to decide on what I’m wanting) a different member of staff(where was she hiding?) appears and takes my order. Cannot complain about how quickly I received it after ordering, the order was exactly what I asked for and the woman was as friendly as I would have expected form a fast-food chain’s staff. However, I took the food home and was extremely disappointed. I won’t go as far as saying it was«disgusting» but it wasn’t far off. I had two of the five or six pieces of chicken and launched the rest in the bin. The mashed potato had an artificial taste to it. The biscuits were surprisingly good and so was the gravy. I would have thought the chicken would have been what they’d get right.

Customer Service through the drive thru probably needs some improvement as you barely hear the girl. We asked her a few question about items on the menu once again you could barely hear her and we had to keep saying hello because you couldn’t even tell if she was actually listening or not.

Quick and simple KFC with a drive thru up on the Heights. They were clean and neat inside(I always appreciate that) and you could peer in from the drive thru to see them making your meal. The drive-thru speaker could be a little clearer, but we ordered without any mistakes, and enjoyed our family meal.

Drive through speaker cut off mid order, gave my order to the lady at the window directly. I paid for what I wanted, got home and only got one piece of chicken for a two piece meal. Also ordered dark meat and got white meat. Not very happy. Food is good though, but just not what I ordered…

If it were possible I wouldn’t give this place ANY stars but unfortunately you have to at least give one. Anyway, I’ve gone to this KFC location numerous times and each time I go here, the experience and customer service is MUCH worst than the last. Shame on me for keep going back there but today was the last time. Every Time I go there my order is messed up and then when I politely tell the staff, I get an attitude from them… how does that make any sense at all. It doesn’t. I will not be returning there, I will go to Church’s Chicken which is further away but at least there the customer service is better than here. I do not recommend anyone to go to this KFC location because I guarantee you will be disappointed.

I just went there today and it was the worst service ever !! while I was giving my order to the cashier, another female worker comes over and starts messaging her. then she leans in n whispers n her ear and kisses the side of her neck! I was there with my 9 year old daughter. when I look down and she has a confused look on her face. I protect my daughter from all inappropriate things. I didn’t expect to go to KFC and have her see the disgusting act of two female lesbians being very inappropriate. … I asked for the manager and explained what happened, all she did was turn around and say«keep your hands to urself girls ». Yea she handled it very poorly and didn’t even apologize. I was so mad and frustrated I asked for the corporate number. I will be calling !

This is perfect for a quick dinner so the wife doesn’t have to cook. We usually will get a bucket meal and it will leave leftovers for me the next couple of days. Prices are reasonable. They have a drive-thru but I always go inside. If you use the drive thru double check your order before leaving.
