Wingstop

The customer service here is the worst. I have never been told flat out that they will not make my order. I requested two flavors mixed, which I have gotten at every Wingstop location I’ve ever been to, and they refused. It’s against «the rules». I ask if it was just for this location and they couldn’t tell me who makes «this rule». Needless to say I will never be back to this location. RUDE!

Very good. Customer service was excellent. Food was great. This is the second time I have been here in the last year. It is my new spot to go when passing by during travels.

Sadly the food their is bad the wings I ordered weren’t boneless I wanted bone in wings but instead they gave me boneless, the taste well is like safeway orange spicy chicken with salt and lots of it, I wanted to gag, the price not a good price for nuggets that are wings, overall only good thing there was the fries.

We were excited to try this restaurant when they first opened, however our expectations took a direct downward hit when our food was served. The incorrect order was brought to our table, which was tolerable since they had new employees and people do make mistakes. The price was high for the value of the food and the menu did not have healthy choices. When we did get our food after waiting about 45 minutes, the food was overcooked and dry. Just not a place I would return to for a delicious meal.

Wings were delicious and staff super nice and friendly. Took a while but worth the wait

Ate here today for the second time. Food is great and people working are very welcoming. Tried the Hawaiian sauce today and was amazing. The tvs were set to sportscenter which is a big plus so I could check player stats for my fantasy football team. This place has a lot of good things going for it. I will definitely be back for some more.

Will NEVER be coming back! Ordered 5 strips and only one wasn’t dry. And the fries were sweet tasting? Fries are savory. Not sweet. The only good thing was the soda. McDonald’s is right next door, and the food tastes better and costs less. Hopefully this place will close soon, and they can put something else there… like a Five Guys.

Just let me say, I sent this private message to the owners of the Ukiah Wingstop with no response so here ya go! I hope they «clean up» their act before they go out of business!
I work nearby and was excited to see Wing Stop open. My family dined at this restaurant the first night they opened. We were impressed with everything! I really like the online order option for a quick lunch break. However. The last 3 times I was in there, the dining room was empty of customers and the entire dining area was filthy dirty. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is! The staff was not doing much and could have been cleaning. The last time I was in, my food was barely cooked. I had to put it in the microwave to make sure it was cooked completely.
Please know that I want to see your business succeed and return to enjoying your restaurant again.

The wings were dry and hard there was little sauce which might have softened up the dried parts. Good service but these wings were not fresh. The fries were soggy. My home made ones never end up so dried out.

Greater with a smile and greeting when we walked in. Recommendation for family pack of 30 wings was perfect for me and the 3 kids. Mixed up the flavor a to suit all of us. 140+ options on this cool new high tech soda fountain. Raspberry coke? Who knew? Lol

These people clearly do not care about the quality of the food or the experience of their customers. We walked in at 7pm on a Saturday night. The place was completely dead, which should have been enough of a reason for us to leave. We wanted a quick bite to eat and a beer.
We ordered one regular French Fry and one boneless wings. The fries had more salt on them than I have probably consumed in the past month. I have never had French fries this bad. We ordered the buffalo flavored wings, and they were by far the worst wings I have ever had. Do these people ever stop to try their own food? If they did, I don’t know how anyone would ever continue serving it.
To top it all off, they had no napkins available. When I asked for napkins, they placed a roll of brown paper towels in the counter, which may or may not double as their toilet paper.
I don’t know how anyone can invest the money needed to open a new restaurant and then serve the food and experience being served here. This is the only bad review I have ever written, but feel it is very much needed.

I’m happy to see a restaurant has finally opened in this location, but Wing Stop is mediocre.
We went at 6:00 on a Saturday night and the place was almost empty. We had the boneless wings in several different flavors, and quickly realized WHY the place was empty: the food was uninspired; on-​par with just about any fast food restaurant. (In fact, KFC would’ve been half the price and twice as tasty, and they have a drive-​thru.)
The lack of flavor may have been forgivable if the ambiance provided a comfortable restaurant-​style place to hang out, something with booths and comfortable seating, but they missed the mark here as well. Limited menu options, pricey food, unimpressive flavors, and fast-​food ambiance earns this restaurant two stars. I might give them one more chance (this time avoiding the boneless wings altogether), but so far I’m unimpressed.
Update: I finally did return to try their regular wings, and I have to say I actually found them to be much tastier than the boneless chicken. Still a bit pricey, and this time we ordered out, but I’ll probably return just for their regular wings.

Not bad, but I won’t say its special. Soda machine was out of ice and needed to be manually refilled. Only one person can get a drink at a time. Price is not high, but its not a bargain. Food was alright, but not great. Wait time was not long, but not fast. Its average IMO… and that’s what you should expect.

When anything restaurant related opens in Ukiah, it’s a big deal.
I went to Wingstop last weekend, and I wasn’t too impressed.
First of all, I didn’t find their prices to be outrageous, so that was good. I got 6 wings with mango habanero and cajun, and they were fine. The fries were ridiculously salty and hard to eat; all of the salt just made the fries unbearable to eat. The coke machine was a nice feature.
This place isn’t really meant to be taken as somewhere to eat for dinner, but more like snacking, etc. or if you’re wanting to watch a game. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Hopefully they’ll improve.

NOT a great place to dine in at. I noticed a lot of walk in and out traffic. Ordered online? Still the prices were too high for the quality. I could only get the veggie sticks with a combo! Everything else was greasy and tasted like the oil had been reused since they opened…

It is way over price for the quality of food and how much you get. It get one star cause they have a really cool soda fountain

So I finally experienced the much anticipated Ukiah Wing Stop (obviously). The customer service was great. The place was clean. I’m giving it two stars for three particular reasons and for those reasons alone. First, I highly recommend you DO NOT get the boneless wings. They were 95% bread, 3% fat and 2% meat. :/​Second, I really hated the cheesy fries. They tasted cheap. Finally the food was waaaaaay overpriced and poor quality. My experience resembled something like a trashy county fair without the carnies and rides. Bottom line: stay away from those two food choices and you may have a 3 star experience.

It is a miracle that Ukiah finally has a Wing Stop. But, the 56-​minute wait for our food though… c’mon! The service has got to be faster. It might be that they just opened up & the kitchen crew still needs to get used to the volume of people coming in. Wing Stop’s in LA with much more volume have a quicker turn-​around time than 56 minutes.
Overall, the same food preparation you would expect from any other Wing Stop.
