No idea what this phil fellow is writing about. From my interactions with infinite beauty i have had only a great experience with the most pleasant sales people. Their products do wonders for my skin and i could not be happier.

This place has a spa that I was willing to try until my long, uncomfortable encounter with a pushy sales associate named Helen. She quickly pulled me into her store when I was on my way to Nordstrom. Tested a $ 200 product on my arm and talked really fast and to try to get me to buy it. Because I’d never heard of this product and I wasn’t in the mall to buy anything(I only had to return something), I asked if she had a sample that I could take with me to try at home, see if I actually use it the way I should, and to see how my skin reacts to it. She said she didn’t have a sample to give away and that’s why she tested it on my arm. OK… After I said I liked the product but I didn’t plan on buying anything that day so I was going to pass, she proceeded to ask me «what’s the problem? Is it the money? It’s $ 200. It’s not a million dollars. You buy.» UM… I explained that it wasn’t the price and told her yet again why I was in the mall. She starts fast talking me about the product, goes into her sales pitch again and knocks $ 100 off the price. I thanked her for offering it to me at a lower price but explained to her again that I wasn’t interested in buying it in that moment. After asking me what I do for a living(I’m a homemaker) she suggested that I just buy the product right now and don’t tell my husband about the purchase. WHAT? Now I’m offended because after saying no to that, she says«What? Your man don’t spoil you? He don’t want you to have nice skin?» At that point I stand up out of the chair, ask for a spa services brochure and tell her that I’ll take that and go. I’m not exaggerating when I say she went into her sales pitch, brought up my husband, and the fact that the product wasn’t a million dollars at least 5 more times before I said«I keep repeating myself. I have told you many times that I’m not interested in buying anything today. Please just give me a brochure so I can go» I was way too nice. Shouldn’t have let it go on so long but in the end she knocked the price down to $ 70 and I genuinely considered buying the product at a later date when she offered it to me at full price but she totally lost a sale by being overly aggressive.
