Great customer service. Wow Mitch was the one who helped up. He was so helpful and quick. He even was able to upgrade us last minute. Brandan helped us when we were checking out the car. I had to get their names bec they were so great I wanted to write a review mention the A+ customer service. Thanks guys! We will be back!

I had a hit and run accident recently which means I am paying deductible out of my pocket to repair the damage on my car. Thankfully I have rental car coverage so I wanted a car that was covered by my insurance. Erica at this branch told me they were tight on stock due to recalls which I believe. However she didnt tell me I had to pay additional amount for the Camry until I was ready to drive off (after waiting for 30 minutes). The last thing I wanted to do was pay more money out of pocket for this unfortunate incidence. It didnt seem like she cared. It was an unpleasant experience for me and I wouldnt come back here.

Best experience I have ever had at a car rental place!! When I first walked into this location I noticed that they are busy. Even though they were busy they saw me within less than a minute. My personal car was hit in a parking lot and was getting fixed next door. The enterprise team mentioned that the insurance had taken care of everything and they were giving me a «compact». I mentioned to the associate that I was supposed to get a larger car since I drive a full size. She told me «no problem, we will make the change». After a few minutes with the paper work, Jeff walked me out to my car which ended up being a fully loaded Dodge Charger V8 hemi. Jeff was very nice and friendly and helped me with all questions I had and even went over a few things about the car. I enjoyed the vehicle for the 2 days I had it and when I went to drop the car off the whole team remembered who I was and greeted me by name which really surprised me. I have used enterprise many times before and the service has always been average but this specific location really went above and beyond with me! Awesome experience and if I need a rental ever again I am definitely using this place again!

Thank you sooo much for taking care of us, after a morning of some confusion, Mike and the other sales manager, who was the one who got us on the road, never llost their professionalism and happy to help attitude. Their great customer service will definitely make all of us return customers!
Update it is extremely dissapointing that upon returning our car we were charged not what we were told. A $ 99.00 deal turned into a $ 178 dollar deal because «the total» we were looking at was not on the right page. Guess they had to get more money for our inconvenience! Boo on you Enterprise!!! I hope one day you have to spend more money on a car you rented and miss your friends wedding because of Enterprises mistake! Way to take care of your customers!

When I first rented my car everything was perfect. During my car rental I ran into some issues and brought it to the attention of some of the employees at this location. When I returned my car they adjusted my bill without further questions and apologized for the inconvenience. Each employee I encountered was very professional & understanding. I left a happy camper & will rent again from this location when I’m back in the area. Thank you Thomas for all of your help!

Sent my car in for repairs and needed a rental car equivalent to my 8 passenger SUV. Hertz was referred thru my insurance company. When I picked up the vehicle, it was filthy to say the least. Dried mud stains and dust everywhere. I asked the why it’s so dirty and the rep said, «People rent these types of cars to go to the mountains and that’s what it’s for.» Well, all I care about is getting a clean car when it’s my turn and don’t really care how they it was used previously.
Enough with the bad stuff! My repair shop called Enterprise for me and got a suitable SUV immediately. Zack who handled the call even offered to drove over and pick me up. The vehicle was spotless and he was very courteous and professional. To top off the experience, when I went to return the vehicle over a week later, I noticed that everyone received the same friendly service that I experienced when I was there, and for the awesome staff, it was just another day at the office.

I must say after reading some of the negative reviews, we were a bit worried to even reserve a car; but because this location is across the street from home we decided to come here. Rented a compact car during a weekend special they were having. Car was a like new ford fiesta in great condition. Customer service was excellent! Never pressured me to pay for the insurance, but I still purchased just to be on the safe side. I will most definitely come back. Wish I could remember the manager’s name to give him credit along with Mackenzie who handed the car to us.

This is my go to location since we live here and so far they have excellent service. They pick you up and drop you off which is another savings for me since I would not need über to do it for me. They have all the sizes and reasonable features you would need for the trip. I am pretty sure they can also give you their daily discounts or offers when asked and when available.

Mackenzie (Spelling?) was amazing, got me into a rental same day after dropping off my car for repair at Nissan. Thank you all for your hard work and follow up phone calls

DO NOT RENT HERE. Every time I go there, the cheapest rental is $ 60 a day. The deposit is $ 500. I was asked a ton of private questions including what I do for a living, where I work, how long I have worked there, and two references and phone numbers of friends and family. Like all rental places, the insurance is a scam, but they really lay it on thick. Customer service called me to ask how my service was. When I told them my complaints, they explained away each of my complaints, and told me when I get a call from the corporate office, I should tell them my service was excellent. I went with Hotwire and got a car from National for $ 17 bucks a day. I walked in, showed my I.D., and he handed me the keys. Night and day. I’ll never go to Enterprise again.

Thank you Mitch, for making my holidays. The car was awesome but the service was even better. During the busiest time of the year you made the pick up and return a breeze.

WORST PLACE TO RENT A CAR! DO NOT GO HERE!
They made me feel like if I didn’t get their insurance they would file a claim with my insurance for my entire deductible ($ 1,000) if I got any scratch on it! She literally seemed like if I didn’t take the insurance she’s going to go over there and scratch the car on purpose! Worst customer service ever! They also told me that if I didn’t bring the car back right when my car was done with service they would charge me for every hour I didn’t bring the car back. Honestly, do not go here, you will get ripped off!

The folks at Enterprise were pretty awesome. I called them on a Friday morning looking to take them up on the offer of a free pickup and although it was short notice they managed to pick up my sorry butt within 30 mins.
Booked the rental online and when I was brought to their rental center the pick up process was pretty short and sweet and before I could say «Sacagawea» I was on my way for my roadtrip of POWER, HOPE, and GLORY!
The return process after bringing back the car was equally straightforward. Fast and easy (that’s what she said). What caught me off guard was upon leaving they asked if I needed a ride back to anywhere. Wha?! Lit-​ol-​me? I respectfully declined since I was already planning on running back home, but the offer was appreciated. I had to fight back a single tear as I scurried home in my five toes of death shoes.
The only fault with this particular location was that the selection of cars is a little slim, also the days and hours it’s open isn’t as convenient as say the Enterprise at John Wayne (long hours and open everyday), but all in all it’s still a pretty good option.
Sha-​mon! You can’t have it all.

It is worth the extra 10 – 15 min drive and extra taxes and fees to get your car rental from Enterprise at John Wayne Airport, rather than deal with this place.
Not only is this location completely under stocked (sourcing their cars from other Enterprise sites), but the staff is so low energy and slow paced, you can expect to wait upwards of 30 minutes.
There is also no after hours drop off.
The extra star is for the rather cordial and friendly staff, though they could benefit from a boost of efficiency training.

My experience with Enterprise has always been good, that’s why I stick with them no matter what location I rent from. This location’s staff is friendly, and courteous.
They were responsible enough to report to me something valuable that I had left in my car, Kudos to people for still being honest. It’s so easy for people to forget how we should treat one another, and I’m thankful that there are still good people who don’t just do the bare minimum at work and go the extra mile.
