I only come here for their ice cream cakes, which are good for the most part. But it is a little pricey at $ 30.99. You can find a $ 3 off coupon from the Tustin Marketplace website.

Always been a fan of DQ! I usually go for the Blizzards, but lately I’ve been into Banana shakes. If you love bananas and ice cream, well guess what? Go try it NOW! Staff is mega friendly, service is quick, and the store is clean.

I came in on 12÷17÷15 at night Amazing service. There was this young Mexican girl who looks white that has chubby cheeks she took a perfect order and she always looks so happy. While making the ice cream

There’s isn’t much that’s special about Dairy Queen. We were craving something sweet after eating dinner in the plaza, and Dairy Queen was the closest thing to us. I ordered an Oreo blizzard and it was basically an overpriced McDonald’s McFlurry. It was good, but not worth the price. It is very liquid in consistency and was almost fully melted after 2 minutes on a cold night. The location itself is also very run down and doesn’t feel clean. I’d definitely rather spend $ 4 on dessert elsewhere.

Hm, where is that Dairy Queen… oh, right! It’s by the giant neon ice cream cone! This seriously looks like the fanciest location I’ve ever been to — on the outside anyway. The interior is smaller than I was expecting, but it wasn’t busy when the hubby and I arrived so we had no problem finding seating. The girl at the counter was very friendly and had no problem letting me order a Mud Pie blizzard from the«secret menu»(not the case at the DQ in Garden Grove). We sat down and almost instantly, our order was ready. The staff member that handed us our blizzards turned them upside down which I appreciate.(I’ve had blizzards that were runny and definitely wouldn’t have passed the upside-down test.) My ice cream was perfect — just the right ingredient ratios, thoroughly blended and not melted at all. There are a few DQ’s that are closer to my neighborhood, but I’m definitely willing to drive a few extra miles to go to this one.

HORRIBLESTAFFHERE!!! It’s 8÷16÷15 @ 5:06pm and there’s two girls and a guy working. I can hear them cussing clear as day and just in the back talking and goofing off. There’s a family in here in addition to mine. There’s one girl back there whining at the guy about how she didn’t want to do what he’s asking her to do because she’s «f***ing sifting it». Whatever«it» is. Then I can hear another girl chime into the convo. Girl #1 starts telling girl #2 about how she went to a dance recital or whatever and how she was shocked there were Mexicans there bc she is Mexican I guess. Then girl #2 asks girl #1 if the girl at the recital was a b***h. I can see one of the girls now and she has long black hair and actually looks white. A bunch of ppl just walked in so I can’t see a name tag. VERYUNPROFESSIONAL!!!

We recently visited this location and purchased two Blizzard treats. Not only were they not served upside down(they were placed on top of the plastic tray to hold the cones) both of them partially melted in the less than two minute walk to the car. Not sure if this meets the corporate expectation. Additionally, there was only one register open and at least 3 workers in the back. Perhaps a better balance of counter/kitchen staff might make things more efficient since the kitchen staff were basically standing around doing nothing until the register order was placed.

I’m a repeat customer here, both for occasional ice-creams and birthday cakes. DQ has consistently provided great service and awesome cakes. I couldn’t find what I wanted in the catalog for our latest kids’ birthday party but, with some fantastic suggestions from the sales assistant, we came up with a memorable cake that perfectly suited our jungle theme, so much so that a number of party guests enquired where we purchased it. Thank you DQ!

Nothing like their dipped cones. Love that huge photo from the late 40s of the DQ back east at the Tustin store. Worth the wait to gaze at it!

Ok so I love sweets bad me. But they got me with their commercials and the new toffee blizzard must try! This location is very clean and you can even sit inside or out. I got a medium size trust me you don’t need more I barely finished it. My order was done in 2 minutes tops. Lots of customers coming in and our. Also nice clean outdoor seating shared with other locations with free wifi. Best DQ I have been too. Maybe it’s the location but the employees where nice also.

My husband and I came here and ordered then literally a minute later they had our shake and ice cream ready! Quick and it tasted so good! They also had about 4 families in there so it’s not like they were slow! Also shout out to the boss. Walked in and they were playing Christian music: D definitely going back! Such a good experience!

This place is on the Tustin side food court at the Marketplace. They have outdoor seating and a few tables inside. The numerical score is based on the average calculation between two items that we tried here. We bought an ice cream cake at this location previously for an event and the cake was very good. There was a coupon on the Irvine Company website for it and they accepted it with no hassle, at least during that time period. On the other hand, recently, our party tried eating the hot dogs here and we weren’t very comfortable after eating them(not to the point of stomach distress, but just more like it digested funny). So one should eat the food most relevant to the location: dairy products. I don’t see anything about hot dogs on the name of the store. I’ll come back for dairy products, not meat products! Well, I know they sell carbs as well, but I’d think a hot dog bun or the cookies inside the ice cream are included in the dish. :S

Greatest place in Tustin. This location truly honored the Dairy Queen Franchise. Many thanks to the staff and a special thanks to our cashier Ashley to making sure we got what wanted how we wanted in a timely manner. Now I feel like a little kid again coming from a baseball game. #fanfood

My Favorites: Orange Julius, Oreo Cheesquake Blizzard and sprinkled vanilla cone. Am I the only one that finds joy in getting one of their blizzards and flipping it upside down right away. Talk about feeling like a kid again! :D This location is clean, the staff seems to never change but I don’t mind because they are nice and do their jobs well.

Dairy Queens seem a bit more spread out now, compared to when I was a wee lad. Fewer locations, perhaps, but that doesn’t stop me from driving a comfortable ~15 minutes to the nearest location to satisfy my Blizzard cravings! I literally have not tried anything else aside from their Blizzards haha. Here’s MY list: Oreo Cookies — THE classic. This one’s just a time-tested favorite, and you can never go wrong with it! Just the perfect amount of delectably-sized chunks of Oreo cookie graces your ice cream cup, and the overall effect is just delicious. Mint Oreo — My regular go-to and personal favorite. :) Again, they add just the perfect amount of Oreo bits into the mix. The mint choco ice cream is superb; a true delight to the senses! Butterfinger — This one’s really good too, but also really, really sweet haha. I generally stick to the two Oreo Blizzards, but overall not a bad choice here either. The flaky crisps and peanut butter bits are so good! Strawberry Shortcake — AKA ‘Strawberry Cheesequake’, which is awesome. Just tried this one last night, actually, and enjoyed every heavenly spoonful of the creation! They add the perfect amount of real chunks of cheesecake and strawberries, mixed in with vanilla soft serve. Simply marvelous. So it’s just been those 4 Blizzards for me, but I just can’t seem to expand outside that Mint Oreo or even this new Strawberry Shortcake. Wow. With that being said, what are you waiting for? Go grab yourself some ice cream!

So yummy, and tucked away in the Tustin marketplace. Didn’t even know there was a little eating area in this shopping center. After a night of shopping this was a perfect treat for myself and my son for being so patient while I shopped. Oh the staff was sooo cool, I told them I wanted a peanut buster parfait but I wanted peanut butter too, and she said it taste really good to have the peanut butter mixed with the fudge. SHEMADEITHAPPEN, and I enjoyed every FLIPPNCALORIEOFIT!

People were really nice. I got a mango pineapple Julius. It was really tasty. I saw a picture of their ice cream cakes and it looks delicious. I think I want one for my birthday. They have a «new» style where you choose if you want a regular smoothie, a light smoothie, or a Julius style and then choose the flavor you want.
