Yogurt is still really good, but they NEVER change the flavors. I mean I always get the same thing anyway, but I do like to have the option to change and try something new and fun, but on any given day it is like 14 of the same old flavors(and last night had 3 variations on chocolate, which doesn’t really seems all that different to me) and 2 fun feature flavors. More importantly, I am not a fan of how they changed the way they slice their strawberries. It used to be they were diced, which meant more little bites of strawberries in each bite of yogurt. Now they are just cut in half and so it makes it harder to eat. They didn’t have any fresh raspberries the last few times either.

At this Yogurtland, the employees here are nice. They have a large selection of flavors available and some promotional keychains for Kung Fu Panda available at the front. The procedure here is the same as other froyo places: fill up and pay based on weight. There was no traffic when we came here last but it piled up in the afternoon. When one eats here and wants to use a promotion that is only dictated on the windows, one should get as much clarification about it as possible. A previous window-based offer here was a discount on Mondays, but said discount was not valid on holidays with no fine print dictating it(said poster was updated to include that information after that experience).(It’s not available anymore but it stuck in my eidetic memory.) Additionally, for the limitless $ 5 cup promotional day which was dictated on the door, the size of the cup was not dictated properly. They have a buy one get one 50% off coupon on the Irvine Company website.(One might want to confirm if it is useable before buying the yogurt.)

For FroYo in the Tustin Ranch area, this is my go-to treat when in town. They always have a great flavor selection, plentiful topping bar and friendly staff. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Grab a couple tasters, fill your cup with your favorites, then head outside to enjoy your creation by the fountain in the Cali sunshine!

Consistent experience. The quality of the yogurt is always top notch and a wide variety to choose from. The tables are well maintained and dispensers are always kept fully stocked. But honestly I am writing this review because I Just witnessed outstanding customer service. Ryan, the young asian man working behind the counter, was covering the store by himself but was quick and efficient. Most impressive however was when a customer forgot her credit card and he promptly ran halfway across the parking lot to give it back to her. Upon returning to the store, he apologized to the customers waiting in line and thanked them for their patience. Awesome customer service. Ryan, you are a true asset to Yogurtland.

I love this yogurtland! The employees are always very friendly and sometimes even crack jokes when I visit them. It’s a clean place, but what I love the most is their topping selection ~ I always get the plain tart and add pomegranate seeds on top.(:

I love Yogurtland! This location is always clean and the toppings are always plentiful. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because they tend to have more creamy flavors as opposed to fruity ones. Other than that, they are awesome.

If you have not tried this place, it is really a fun treat. I’ve been to several locations, and other than a mix of different flavors, they are all run pretty consistently. What I enjoy about this concept is the control over what I am getting; I can decide what flavors I want to mix, how much I want and decide on the exact perfect combination of toppings. They have raised their prices since they first open a few years ago, but right now our family of four can still get away with about $ 12 when we stop in.

I’m not a big frozen yogurt lover, but my friend dragged me in because she is obsessed. I didn’t like most of the flavors, but there was a mint chocolate that was very tasty. There’s not much else I can critique — they had lots of toppings, things were filled to the top, the place was super clean, and the cashier was polite.

Pros: –Open till midnight –Good variety of flavors –Fresh toppings –Friendly staff Cons: –Parking can be hard. You usually have to park and walk a bit of a distance because of other restaurants and shops. –Gets very busy –Contains high fructose corn syrup in all the flavors. MAJOR disappointment. As much as I love frozen yogurt, I will not be eating there again. :(

Love and crave this place everyday ! I love trying the new flavor each month. They have the best selection. ! It does get busy on the weekends but the line goes pretty fast. The employees are very nice every time we walk in they hand us tester cups and get us any topping we need.

My last few visits to the Yogurtland off Jeffrey have been disappointing because they’re always out of fruit. This location is becoming my favorite for two reasons: their courtyard seating area is nicely lit with a cool string of lights, grassy area, fountain and lots of chairs. they always have fresh fruit(my favorite topping with yogurt). Downside is the store is small, and kind of messy — but thanks the the outdoor area you don’t have to hang out in there.

Good yogurt but terrible management!!! Either an employee is reaching over you to get yogurt for herself before she goes on break or there’s one employee at the cash register with 20 people in line! Can someone please take over this store.

Great benefits getting the loyalty card. I love being able to sample many different flavors as there always seems to be something new. This location can be tough to find parking but does also have a fun area to be able to hang out and chill outside.

Lowdown: Clean and fun atmosphere Great Flavors of yogurt — coconut, vanilla, taro… Good price $ 4 – 7 dollars depending on the weight Great toppings — m&m’s, toffee, pineapple… I miss the DRAGONFRUIT/PASSION YOGURT so much!!! bring it back!!!

Boo!(not in the Halloween meaning…) I went there about an hour ago. Hot, sunny day so it seemed perfect. Got the sorbet and piled on a bunch of fruit — perfect for this weather. Went to put on the mango and raspberry syrups but they were gone! Only chocolate and caramel — which were not at all matching what I wanted. I asked for woman at the counter and she said the owner removed those flavors because they weren’t being used much. How much do a couple of squeeze bottles of syrup cost? I hope they realize their mistake and put these back. I’ll still probably go back there when I’m in a chocolate mood.

It’s convenience to stop by for«low calories» dessert after meal. It’s inexpensive too. Free sampling. Free water. Bright and colorful place. The best is their apps to get free yogurt or discount after certain visits.

Yogurt’s amazing as usual but one thing that concerns me is the crowding of the store. Usually not enough seats for everyone and most of the time there are kids that are really obnoxious or loud. Not considering that, it’s a great place to grab froyo and the outdoor seating area is great with shades and a fountain that I personally love. The staff is lovely and always so sweet and on top of things. They always ask if you want any sample cups when you first walk I’m(which I enjoy very much).

I LOVE Yogurtland. There may be competition with their creative twist — Creamistry, Snow Station, Sno Flakez, for example — but nothing can come close to cheap deliciously filling goodness than this chain. Granted I usually go to the one in DJ, I just happened to be in the area and my kids were annoyingly hungry for a snack so here we were. My regular favorites are coconut and pistachio, but there isn’t a flavor that I don’t like. Fo realz. And I love that they have seasonal/limited flavors that come and go. It makes the trip more exciting. Heck, I still have a collection of Tokidoki and HK cups and spoons(I missed out on the Warner Bros. characters though). The total for this trip was $ 7.60 for the 3 of us. Cheap. And the kids were quiet for the rest of the day. A win-win for me.
